Loved staying here!

Love how roomy the unit was for my family!! We loved that it had updated appliances AND washer/dryer! made keeping laundry from piling up. With 3 kids this is a constant for me!! We definitely plan to stay here again!

Great unit!

This is a great 3 bedroom rental. Plenty of space for the kids and you'll love the proximity to the indoor pool on colder days. The balcony is a real treat too.

Condo was clean and in great condition. Maintenance was very responsive when one of my kids managed to lock us out of one of the bathrooms. Would rent from them again!

We felt right at home. Comfortable beds and a fully stocked kitchen. Manager was quick to address a couple of questions we had. We will definitely rent again.

Hilton head resort

Second time staying at Hilton head resort, close to everything, quick walk to beach, huge bonus one of outdoor pools is now heated. Overall great place with indoor pool staying open later then normal for kids. Condo was spacious, clean and equipped with everything needed.

Overall good but not large or well-stocked

The property was overall good for our party of 2 adults and 6 kids. The only complaints are that it was not ‘large’ or spacious as advertised and was VERY cluttered with decorative knickknacks all over the condo. We also wished that the kitchen had been more ‘fully stocked’ as the dishes and cookware available were somewhat random and there was no salt and pepper, spices, etc as is usually expected. It was very clean and we loved the screened porch and access to the indoor pool.

Family Vaca Fun

We have been to Hilton Head 5 times now. We really love this resort (Hilton Head Resort). Amenities are great. Beach Fab. My husband, two teen kids and my mother-in-"love". This house was soooo clean!! Love the balcony and the living room is super cozy. I only gave it 4 starts not 5 because it has so much decor. All of the decorations are beautiful. But just a few to many makes it feel a bit cramped. But we had a fabulous time and would stay again. The property manager was very attentive. We had an issue with the door and he replaced the lock the next day. Great place for family but maybe older kids because of all the decorations.

Great Stay in Hilton Head

Overall a great stay in Hilton Head. Some quick thoughts!Enjoyed: the indoor pool is in the same building and easily accessed inside as well via the common area/deck. Also have a sauna and steam room there, as well as a small fitness area. The indoor track was also great. Boardwalk to the beach is private and about a .35 mile walk from end to end. Plenty of untensils in the condo for food and drink, and the ice maker in the freezer actually works (you'd be surprised!). Possible improvements: the condo is a bit cluttered, but we think that is more because the owners might be collectors of beach knickknacks than anything else. If some of that were gone, it would open the space up more.There are no beach chairs or any beach gear (sand toys, etc.) in the condo, so you have to bring that on your own. Not sure that is good or bad but bears mentioning for prospective renters. If you're taking the boardwalk, you might consider bringing a wagon for your stuff.Overall, a pleasant stay in HHI with responsive owners. We really enjoyed the area.

We will be back!

Loved Hilton head and all it offered us! The stay at the resort was great. Easy check in, keyless door for the win. The space was super cute, comfortable and clean. Loved having washer/dryer in unit with the little kids. Beach access was a breeze and a lovely walk. Food on beach at cocos was pretty good. Bar/food and music at store on-site at resort was open. Quiet most nights- Fri and sat were hopping. Cons We could not use the stand up shower, too small. low head, and when I did water went everywhere. No beach towels or any beach related items which was a total bummer- had to buy it all and rent chairs/umbrella for 44$ plus tip for half day. There is a Walmart nearby (hidden) I suggest going there for cheap towels and sand toys. Next I'll buy our own umbrella as 44 a day can get spendy really quick and if you have Littles you will want the shade. We would def rent unit again if they will have us!

Room wasn't ready

30 minutes before check in we were told that the unit was undergoing rehab/electrical work and wouldn't be ready for 2 more days. The property managers said the owner was to blame. They did have another property on the other side of the island for our party of 6 to stay but it was not what we paid for. No beach access, no indoor pool, no hot tub, no resort. We made do, but our only other option was to try finding a hotel same day on memorial day weekend -_- . Property management was friendly but never offered a discount or anything for the trouble. We transitioned to the unit we paid for 2 days later (pouring rain) and walked into a unit that had the most obnoxious artificial maple syrup smell that made us nauseous. We never found the source of the smell unfortunately. Would stay away.

Yes, the owner told us last minute the electrical construction would not be complete for check in. We cannot put you in an unsafe property. The contractor had not finished it that morning. We went to inspect and the electrical work was not done. I thought we worked miracles on Memorial Day weekend, a holiday, when the island was full, to find you something very nice to put you in. You had beach access thru Sea Pines Resort and could walk to over $100 Million in amenities, Harbourtown, Quarterdeck and more shops and restaurants. The condo we put you in cost more than double than the one you booked. We took care of our guests. You never called us to tell us about any smell or we would have sent housekeeping back over. We did everything we could with a bad situation and put you in a much more luxurious property. The beach was not usable for those two days as it rained and was very cold. We did everything we could to help you in a bad situation and we get one star. Thank you, Hilton Head Vacations

Not Clean When Arrived

Check-in office closed early. Package in drop box didn't have keys to the unit. Luckily we saw the property manager locking up and he got the keys for us. Arrived at the unit and it had not been cleaned after the last guests left. Dirty bed linens, dirty bathrooms and towels. Trash had not been taken out. Kitchen had not been cleaned. Text the property manager and he had to get in touch with maid service and have them come clean. That took about 2-3 hours to get straightened out. Never could figure out the password for the wi-fi. Text the property manager again - he didn't know it. We decided to leave the night before check-out in order to beat the holiday traffic. I made a mistake and left a few articles of clothing in a dresser drawer. The next day before cleaning crew had time to even be there I texted the property manager and asked if my clothes could be mailed to me. No response!! Made several attempts to contact via txt msg., email, voicemail. No response!! Up until this point responses to our concerns were quick and timely.....until after I checked out then there was no response. How convenient?! FYI - their contract clearly states that articles left behind would be returned upon request. Um....NOPE!! That was too much trouble. I will never stay at any resort managed by this company. Never!

We did check and there were no items left. Housekeeping did make a mistake by not cleaning on time. We are very sorry for that mistake. We give everyone the wifi password in every check in letter. We know all the passwords. Thank you for staying with us. Robert Young, Hilton Head Vacations

Outstanding property

This is our 3rd year at the Hilton Head Resort, our 2nd year at this unit. Wonderful resort. Clean, Quiet, Safe. This unit is centrally located and is fully stocked with everything we needed to cook and eat.

It was a very clean condo with enough room for everyone. It had plenty of dishes in the kitchen for preparing meals. The screened in porch was great for evenings. The location itself is close to Shelter Cove, which is convenient for dinner and shopping. We rented bikes, and I’m very glad we did as the beach is quite a distance away. Great condo itself.

Excellent stay!

Everything this property advertised was accurate! Excellent proximity to the pool, hot tub area. Elevator and stairs just around the corner. Plenty of room for the 6 that we had. Kitchen is well stocked and we didn’t need anything. I highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Hilton Head Island!

Super appointed property

This site has it all: indoor and outdoor pool, bar at the beach, clean rooms, comfy beds, everything you could need in the condo. The location is nice but a long walk to the beach. It is also a dated resort. That is my only complaint.

A great getaway!

It was a great location and a well-equipped rental. The only thing that I would have liked to have seen was a smart TV in the living room so that we could stream movies during the rainy weather. But, that would in no way keep me from renting this unit again!

Book it!

Pictures don’t do this place justice! It is really nice and bright and inviting on the inside! Definitely gives you all the beach vibes. You really have everything you need plus some. I thought we were going to be sorry that there was not a tv in the kids room but we really didn’t think about it with so much to do. There were tennis rackets and balls in the closet and even a beach buggy cart to haul your stuff to the beach and even ice packs in the freezer! I really appreciated being so close to the elevator, heated pool, sauna, steam room, tennis courts, and a short walk to the beautiful boardwalk. For an even better experience: mattress covers would be nice. The host was quick to respond and even called to make sure that we were able to connect to the internet (we were putting the password in wrong). Absolute great stay and we will certainly be back!
