THE SETTING: Located on the third floor of the center Plantation Club building, the villa enjoys an elevated perspective overlooking the surrounding treetops and golf course. Start the morning with a walk to the beach, spend the afternoon by the pool, or hop on a bike and explore miles of Sea Pines bike paths. With the beach, golf, Harbour Town, dining, shopping, and seasonal trolley service all nearby, it's easy to experience Sea Pines without spending much time in the car.

THIS HOME IS IDEAL FOR: Couples, small families, golfers, and friends looking for a beautifully renovated villa with an easy walk to the beach. The comfortable two-bedroom, two-bathroom layout provides privacy for up to four guests, while elevator access, nearby pool, and convenient location make coming and going throughout the day especially easy.

WHAT GUESTS LOVE MOST: Guests love the villa's combination of beach access and peaceful elevated views. From the third floor, treetops and the golf course create a relaxing backdrop throughout the year, while the Plantation Club pool is just outside the building. The Sea Pines Beach Club can be reached on foot or by bike, and a seasonal trolley stop right outside provides yet another convenient way to get around.

POOL: The Plantation Club pool is located just outside the building, providing an easy place to cool off or relax between beach trips and bike rides. The pool is open seasonally from April through September.

PETS: Well-behaved small and medium-sized dogs are welcome with prior approval and a pet fee of $350 per dog, with a maximum of two dogs. Labradors and other oily-coated breeds are not permitted. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds and must be crated whenever left unattended. Traveling without a pet? No problem as there is NO pet evidence at this BESTNEST.

VEHICLES/ATTACHMENTS: Denied entry to Sea Pines include motorcycles/scooters, any vehicle categorized as an RV (this includes vans with hook-ups), boats, jet skis, and trailers.

HOW FAR TO BEACH: Approximately a five minute bike ride or seven- to ten-minute walk to the Sea Pines Beach Club. Simply head out the front door and follow the nearby bike path toward the beach. A seasonal Sea Pines trolley stop is also located just outside the property. From the day after Labor Day through mid-March, overnight guests may park directly at the Beach Club.

PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATION POLICY: For reservations made thirty (30) days or fewer prior to arrival, payment in full is due at the time of booking. For reservations made thirty-one (31) days or more prior to arrival, a deposit of 25% of the total reservation amount, along with the full travel insurance premium if selected, is due when the reservation is made. The remaining balance is due thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Long-term winter reservation policies may differ; please inquire for details. Guests may cancel up to thirty-one (31) days before arrival and receive a full refund of their deposit. Cancellations made between fourteen (14) and thirty (30) days prior to arrival are eligible for a 50% refund of the total payment. Reservations become non-cancelable and non-refundable beginning thirteen (13) days prior to arrival. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
