We enjoyed our vacation very much. The condo was very nice and very clean. Very modern and nice kitchen! The bed was very comfortable.We liked it being on the first floor. It was decorated so cute! We liked that it was a gated community. Felt safer! Emerald Isle is a beautiful place! Beautiful beach! We had beautiful weather the whole week! Wonderful vacation!

We had a great stay at this rental. It was exactly as described and the ground floor location made it super convenient for packing/unpacking and trips to the beach. The owners are very nice and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Wifi was great, Roku worked, cable tv is not available. The indoor pool was great. The condo itself was clean, quiet, as described. There are a couple of condo buildings between this unit and the water. Hosts are very responsive.Would recommend to others!

Cozy place to stay

We absolutely loved this place. It was clean and cozy. The condo was decorated nicely and we loved the lanai. This was our first time at Emerald Isle and we will definitely be back-we would rebook this place in a heartbeat.

Thanks for noticing how nice and well kept our condo is. It's good you mentioned that you need to bring your own linens; There is someone each year that misses the first thing on our list of important things to know. "Linens are not provided" Many rentals include linens, but most all of them have extra charges for linens, cleaning... We have no extra charges, and found many of our renters prefer that savings.

Relaxing Getaway

This property exceeds the description. There is plenty of space for two, the property is immaculately clean and decorated, and the complex is quiet and well maintained. The owners were easy to communicate with and were quick to respond to every inquiry.

Perfect for a couple

We have stayed in this condo before and were delighted to be able to stay again. Bernie and Debra are great host. The condo is clean and neat. It is a short walk to the beach, but we dont mind. Restaurants and stores are close by. Gaffer's is so convenient. We recommend this VBRO!Joe and Gail

Our annual family vacation

Very easy to rent online. Property was in excellent condition with comfortable furnishings. Only one mile from the large house the rest of our family was renting But it was nice to have our own place to come home to every night.

Lovely condo

This was a perfect fit for us. Lower level condo with many upgrades. It is so convenient to the Publix and 15 minutes to about anything on the island. It is a 5 minute walk to the beach and less to the pools. Very quiet and peaceful.

Good for two!

New couch and chair - very nice. TV set up is not easy. Did not use it. Everything else was fine. Plans for next year have changed and so we will not be returning. Too. Bad it is a nice safe place to stay.

Beautifully relaxing getaway

We were beyond surprised and overjoyed with this condo! It was incredibly clean and well taken care of. There was a lot of love put into this space and you can tell! The location was perfect. It was close to all the restaurants, stores, and entertainment. The pool and gym were just steps away. The beach was a little far of a walk, especially in the heat, but not too bad! The owners were amazingly accessible and made the entire checkin process an easy and painless experience. We had no issues the entire week. We hope that we get the opportunity to stay here again! If you are looking for an exceptional stay in Emerald Isle, this is the place! You will not be disappointed 😌

My husband and I loved EVERYTHING about this condo. Easy access to the pool, beach, grocery stores, restaurants, and shops also made this trip an A experience. The hosts were available at any time in case we had a problem or questions. Thank you for helping us create wonderful memories.

My husband and and I have stayed at Bernie and Debbie's condo several times. It is perfect for two!It is so convenient to walk to the beach or pools. Grocery stores and restaurants are so close.Bernie and Debbie are very attentive and caring about your stay. We have no complaints and would recommend this for vacations for two.

Thank you for noticing our kitchen, and how comfortable the bed is. We update something every year or so; The flooring was replaced a couple of years ago, then Covid hit. We have some other things we want to upgrade before replacing the TV, I believe the TV is 5 years old, but rest assure, it will eventually get replaced. Great location on Emerald Isle

The condo was very clean and the kitchen was updated and well stocked with all the amenities you would need for your stay. I appreciated having the extra door lock and door wall stick for extra security while you're there. The value was good and the selling point for me was bringing my own linens and not paying the exorbitant fees that many rentals charge for cleaning/linens/owner's fees etc. Thank you Deb and Bernie! A couple of small suggestions would be to upgrade with some more comfortable furniture, for those rainy days when you want to just lounge around, and a better mattress. I would be willing to pay more per night to have those things. Also, adding a full length mirror on the back of master bedroom door is one of those small things that make a big difference when you're getting ready to go out to dinner. The condo was in a good location right over the bridge with easy access to shops and restaurants. Overall, a very enjoyable vacation in a nice condo by the beach.

We also appreciate the input, especially the full-length mirror idea on the back of master bedroom door.
