Thanks, Kathy, for the review and information. Our team works hard to quickly take care of any guest inconveniences and we are happy you felt we did this for you. We apologize if parking was a problem as the area does get crowded during the summer. We are thrilled you loved the lake view! Thanks for staying and we would love the opportunity to host you again.

We apologize for the inconvenience with the fan, TVs, dryer, and parking—these issues have been addressed to improve future stays. We appreciate your note about the discount card and will follow up to clarify its use. We also take your suggestion about providing clearer written instructions seriously and will work on adding that. We’re happy overall you had a great family vacation and hope to welcome you back again!

Lesley, thanks so much for the review and information. We have had several storms in the area and the local landscapers are working to clean things as quickly as they can. We apologize for the parking issues, but this does occur from time to time during our peak season. We do hope, despite any inconveniences, you were able to have a wonderful family vacation. Thanks for staying and we look forward to welcoming you back again soon.

Thanks for the great review and feedback! We thank you for choosing to stay with us and look forward to hosting you again in the future.

Tiffany, we very much understand that many who book units with golf carts do so because of the golf cart. We also know that with your husband's recent knee surgery, golf cart access was imperative. We know that the 4-seater replacement wasn't what you wanted or expected, but we assure you that we did the best we could. We hope that the refund helped to offset the inconvenience of not being able to get a 6-seater to you. The golf cart being out of commission isn't a normal circumstance, and we hate that it happened on your family's annual beach trip. We apologize, too, for not being able to be more useful with regard to the beach rentals. Since that's handled through a different entity, we don't have any authority on that forefront. That said, we do hope you all enjoyed the beach, the amenities, and other lovely features of this area during your stay, and we hope you all had some really lovely times together despite the golf cart needing to be swapped.

Thanks so much for the great review and feedback! We are delighted you enjoyed your vacation and thank you for choosing our company as your vacation rental partner. We look forward to hosting you again soon.
