Navarre Beach Regency 305 is a stunning two-bedroom, two-bath condo boasting breathtaking gulf-front views of the crystal-clear waters and white sandy beaches. With a king-sized bed in the master bedroom, along with two queen-sized beds in the guest bedroom, it accommodates up to six guests comfortably. Both bedrooms have Posturepedic, gel-cooling mattresses with odor control for ultimate comfort and convenience. The guest bedroom features two queen-sized beds and a 47” flat-screen Smart television, ideal for children or additional guests to relax and unwind in their own space. The guest bathroom is accessible from both the guest bedroom and the hall area and includes a single vanity with a tub/shower combination. The master bedroom offers its own private oasis, with a king-sized bed, a 50” flat-screen Smart television & DVD player, along with access to the gulf-front balcony and en-suite master bathroom. The master bathroom includes a single vanity, a jetted tub, and a separate walk-in shower.

Step out onto the large, deep balcony to experience ultimate relaxation, while the sights & sounds of the waves wash your worries away. If you are an early riser, the balcony provides a picture-perfect setting to sip on your morning coffee while watching the sunrise. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
