This unit is has fantastic views of the Gulf Of Mexico on a quiet stretch of white sand beaches. It has a king size bed in the master bedroom overlooking the Gulf with adjoining bathroom and a quest room with a view of the Sound and a queen sized bed with a new mattress. The Unit will sleep 6 with a foldout vouch.There is a separate guest bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and has every thing you need. The living room and both bedrooms have flat screen TV's, Wi-Fi, Cable. The dining room furnitureand add to the overall vacation experience. It has keyless entry so you not have worry about lost keys or meeting someone for check-in. Emerald Surf has elevators, a seasonally heated swimming pool, and private beach access. We will provide guests with a beach umbrella and two chairs from March through October. ($150 value) Please note that property maintenance is often done by the Homeowner's Association on the exterior of the building in the fall and winter.
