Have a great time at the beach in this large corner condo with beautiful views from the living room, main bedroom, kitchen and both guest bedrooms. The night view is incredible overlooking the Gulf of Mexico as well as the intracoastal and all the way down the Alabama coastline.

The floor to ceiling windows of this beautiful corner condo gives the feeling that you are in the water. Each bedroom has its own bath allowing for plenty of space and privacy with the primary bath complete with a jetted tiled tub, separate shower, and dual vanities. The kitchen is well-equipped and boasts granite countertops and custom cabinets. The separate wet bar area is complete with a sink and ice maker to mix your favorite beverages. The living room features a 65-inch TV with built-in WiFi and video enhancing features. (Great for watching movies with your Netflix or Hulu accounts.)

You will have the option to work out in the fitness center, play tennis on two of our secured tennis courts, relax in our outdoor pool, swim laps in our seasonally heated lap pool, grill burgers on one of our poolside charcoal grills, or unwind in the outdoor hot tub. Plus beach service is available for an added fee between March - October.You can even rent the social room with stunning floor to ceiling views of the Gulf and pool area for your private event!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
