To the North, there's a lovely view of the intracoastal Waterway, a bonus. The entertainment center for the 42-inch flat screen TV also features a DVD player and a CD stereo system. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, full-size refrigerator/freezer, sink, dishwasher, and stove, along with all the dishes, toaster, pots, and utensils to prepare and serve meals. There's even a Keurig coffee maker to help you start your day on the right foot.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
