Waterfront home, handicap accessible. Fulfill the promise of a totally relaxing beach getaway in our home on the water. This newly renovated three bedroom, two full bath home-away-from-home boasts unique views of the Ocean City skyline and St Martin's River on the Bay.
Spacious bedrooms and abundant natural light with superb views make this exclusive waterfront home stand out.
Enjoy expansive water views while fishing and crabbing from the back yard.
Ocean Pines is a ten minute drive over the RT 90 bridge to Ocean City.
The Pines community boasts many amenities, including their own newly renovated golf course, tennis, swimming, nature trails, boating, fishing, community center (s), library, shopping and more. THE HOME FEATURES--a wheelchair accessible ground level. Parking for up to 6 cars in the drive way, home is on quite cul-de-sac.
The community offers 5 pools. Your rental also includes one parking pass to the Ocean Pines Beach Club.
You may kayak or canoe in the river at your own risk and always with adult supervision.

Great place

Lovely property right on the water. Beautiful views from the deck. Enjoyed bicycling around the neighborhood, shopping, restaurants are a short drive away.

Great Get Away House

Stayed here with 6 friends and had an amazing experience. Host was helpful with answering questions and the property was as advertised. 15 mins away from the beach, Man O’ War golf course, and the casino. Will definitely look to stay there again if visiting the Ocean City area again.

Wonderful Place!

We loved everything about this place. The water-view is gorgeous! As far as the house, the pictures on-line do not do it justice. It is much bigger than it looks and has an open floor plan with high ceilings. It is nicely decorated and well maintained. All of our beds were comfortable and the house was well stocked. They had games to enjoy and for outside they had bikes and kayaks too. This is now our favorite place and it is close to OC but gives you the peaceful/serene feeling away if you want it.

Family vacation

The house was beautiful and the view’s breathtaking. The grandkids had a blast crab fishing. It was close to Ocean City beaches but really enjoyed the peace and quiet of the Ocean Pines

Golfers Oasis

The view from the house was truly Million Dollar. This place was a great choice after windy days on the golf links. It was very spacious with a nice living room and kitchen. Plenty of room for everyone and each one of our four golfers was able to have their own room.

Gem at Ocean Pines

By far the best property I have stayed at in Ocean Pines. House is super clean and the view is exactly that-worth a million! Fishing and crabbing from the dock is always fun. Definitely recommend!

Absolutely gorgeous!

This is a perfect combination of a private view on the water, yet the ocean is just a quick drive away The back decks were our favorite place to sit for breakfast and a late night cocktail. Every room was clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The house is in a quiet, secluded community, but grocery stores, shopping and the beach are a quick drive away. We will definitely be returning and staying at our new favorite beach house!

Spacious with great bay view

Having morning coffee on the deck watching the sun rise was a treat each day. The house was equipped with everything we needed and located on the bay which allowed us to kayak, SUP and fish right off the dock. Although we did not need to communicate with the host, she was very responsive.

Great Place to Unwind

This was an excellent location to enjoy a much needed vacation. Sunrises were gorgeous. The house is well laid out and the garage has everything you could possibly need for crabbing, fishing, bicycling, and kayaking. Although we did not take advantage of it this year, we will definitely next time around. I highly recommend this vacation spot. Definitely try Crabs-to-go on route 50 and 589.

Great for a family vacation!

This house was ideal for our family vacation. My mom is in a wheelchair and we've had a hard time finding a place with a ramp. This one was perfect. It was also very open and one of the cleanest houses we've ever stayed at in Ocean Pines. The deck was great for hanging out on. We would return in a heartbeat!

Million dollar view

We have rented this beautiful, comfortable house in 3 of the 4 seasons and have always been pleased with the cleanliness of it. The view really is a fantastic river view and we enjoyed seeing all of the boats and jet skiers. It is in a great location for Ocean City, a pass for parking at the Ocean Pines beach club is included. Assateague, home of the wild ponies and gorgeous beaches, and downtown Berlin, which has great shops, are close by. I would highly recommend it!

Perfect spot

My family has stayed here several years in a row now. It is the perfect rental. The view is gorgeous and the location is perfect. Easy access to the river but still not completely out in the open. It is always cleaner than rentals I’ve gotten through realtors. There is plenty of space and everything is well kept. The owner is always prompt in responding. Can’t recommend it enough!

Amazing stay at Ocean Pines

We had a wonderful girls trip to Ocean Pines/Ocean City. This home is just beautiful! Very spacious and has a truly amazing view of the bay. Kitchen was fully stocked with dishware and even had a Keurig and a milk frother for our morning coffees. Beds were very comfy and shower had great water pressure. We were just 3 girlfriends hanging out for the weekend, but you could easily sleep 8-9. Yacht club in the complex has good good and music, and you are just a short trip to OCMD or Assateague. Definitely recommend!!!

Moonshell rental

I have rented this house for my family of 8, 5 adults and 3 grandchildren, 3 times now and it never disappoints. We all love being right on the water with a fabulous view of Ocean City. It’s a very spacious, open home. This time we were pleasantly surprised to find the owners have added 2 loveseats in the living room which made it very comfortable to sit together in that room. I have family who live full time on the canal right across from this house and it makes it so convenient to visit each other, it’s walking distance. I would highly recommend renting this beautiful home.

Great Stay

This property has a fantastic view. We are boaters and loved being on the water. Our host, Lea, responded almost immediately with our questions and/or concerns. For instance the boat lift kept shorting out and she sent her electrician right over to repair it. Worked perfectly from that point on! The only thing I would change would be the bed in the master to a king bed. There were a few other noticeable repairs that needed to be made but nothing that interfered with our vacation, which is why I gave the overall rating a 4.

Breathtaking Views

My family & I stayed at Lea’s beautiful home for 3 nights for our trip to Ocean City. The house is only about 15 min from the main attractions and the beach, so driving to everywhere we needed to go was never an issue. The house is very spacious and easily accommodated the 7 of us. The large floor to ceiling windows offer views from the living/dining room of the waterfront deck/backyard. The house is on the corner of the canal and bay, so sunrise and sunsets are easily seen! The house was well stocked with everything we needed for the most part. The community is huge and has many pools & amenities to offer (for an extra fee). My only recommendations for the house would be to upgrade the upstairs bathroom (the downstairs master bedroom has an updated one) and to include TV’s/Fire Sticks in all bedrooms. We lucked out with sunny weather, but if we didn’t, we would’ve appreciated having the option of family Netflix/streaming nights. Lea the owner was very attentive and quick to respond to any questions we had. Overall, a wonderful stay in a beautiful home! We highly recommend this property!

It is our get away from the daily grind and we are happy to be able to share this with our renters.

We chose this house for the view and waterfront. The large windows in the back of the house as well as the back deck provide awesome views of the St. Martins River and Ocean City skyline. There is even the occasional dolphin that will find it's way into the cove.
