The first bedroom includes a queen-size bed while the second bedroom features twin bunk beds and a full-size bed. And wait until you see the backyard! Outside you'll find the shaded outdoor space, all shaded from the Texas heat and complete with outdoor seating, sink, shower, and barbecue grill. Follow the lawn space and access the cool waters of the Guadalupe River easily by way of the new stone staircase.
