Located in the community of Cliffview Condominiums. You will have a rock beach with Direct River Access so it is perfect for playing or just relaxing as you watch others float in the river. Also you can enter the river here and exit at a variety of places up and down the river. There are shuttle services available in the area to return you to the property. This new 3 bedroom, 3 full bath home is fully furnished with flat screen TV & DVD player in the living room. House has WIFI, washer & dryer and private charcoal BBQ pit. Kitchen has large open layout with granite counter tops and a bar for eating and playing cards and games. It is equipped with stainless appliances (stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher) and a coffee pot and microwave. Also included are kitchen utensils (silverware, dishes, pots & pans). You will need to bring extra towels & washcloths, and blankets. House provides some towels but large parties will need extras. Master Bedroom has King size bed, dresser, night stand and its own private bathroom with walk-in shower. Bedroom #2 has a Queen size bed. Bedroom #3 has 2 sets of bunk beds each is twin over full.
