Just a ten minute walk down a sunlit lane to swimming, water taxi and water sports at Oualie Beach, Storybook Cottage is a truly magical place. A stand-alone private cottage on the grounds of beautiful Eden Villa, one of the premier private estates on-island. Our Storybook Cottage accommodation boasts it's own private pool, pool deck and exclusive full-time use of a properly maintained Suzuki jeep. As photos will show, entry to Storybook Cottage is within our Upper Courtyard Flower and Water Garden - a lush tropical paradise with upper and lower pools joined by a gentle falling-water stream. At the rear of the cottage, from the lovely screened room, pool and pool deck, views of mountain sea and sky are nothing less then breathtaking. You'll witness stunning sunsets and moonsets over sparkling Caribbean waters when you make Storybook Cottage at Eden Villa your new island paradise home. Come celebrate!

Love Nevis - Eden Villa is a big part of that!

Had an excellent 5-night stay in Nevis in June. Garett, Eulin, and others could not have been more hospitable! The communication prior to the stay and throughout was the most thorough of any place we’ve ever stayed and very proactive. The location (especially the view), pool, and SUV that comes with the property were all nice value-adds. Everything was pretty much as expected or exceeded expectations, and needless to say, we will be returning. Thank you so much!

Fantastic property! Accurate photos & description. Yes, you have your own private pool & deck! The property owner was extremely helpful with details about everything: things to do, dining, hiking, etc! Such Amazing views from our rental of the water & beautiful sunsets! A favorite place!

It’s a GEM!

Eden Villa is a gem. It’s not fancy but it was perfect for us and so reasonably priced. Garett and Eulin are the cohosts and they really made our vacation a lovely one. The place was the cleanest VRBO we’ve ever stayed in and having our own pool and a jeep to drive worked out so well. We can’t recommend enough.

Perfect Honeymoon

This was by far the best accommodations I've had the pleasure of. Right from the beginning, Garrett and his team make sure you get to the cottage with minimal hassle and the welcome is warm and inviting. Eulin is lovely and was waiting for us upon arriving with delicious homecooked food in the fridge. The cottage is cozy with an amazing view. Also, having a vehicle to explore was a luxury. This whole experience was surreal in its perfection and we will definitely be back. Thank you Garrett!

I’d give it 6 stars if I could!

So welcoming. Helped us make all necessary transfers from St Kitts airport to the Storybook cottage. Terrific sunset views from both the private pool and the screened porch. The gardens were beautiful , well manicured and with the extensive water features very Zen. Comfy bed. Lots of linens . Kitchen has all necessary things to cook. Our Suzuki was great for exploring hidden sights. Garett was a great host with quick responses to any questions we had. We plan to return!

I'm not sure I can even put in to words the truly outstanding experience we had on Nevis and at Eden Villa. Garett is the most gracious host, Eden Villa was beyond our expectations as was Nevis. Eulin was wonderful and provided the most generous and delicious meals to get us started (and that met our dietary restrictions). With Garett's guidance our arrival to Nevis from St Kitts was seamless. Within 30 minutes or so of our arrival to Eden Villa our driving test was complete and we were on our own to explore. And explore we did. From Funky Monkey ATV tours, to Yachtsmans, to Oualie, to Chrishi, to Herbert's Beach, the Botanical Gardens, Golden Rock, Sunshine,

Great Cottage

It is exactly like the pictures. A simple cottage with an amazing view. It is not a house, it is a cottage. Meaning, it is small. There is no wall from the bedroom to the living area, so it is like a studio. You would not cook elaborate meals, but perfect for lunch and breakfast and grilling dinner or going out. We spend most of our time in screened in porch or pool deck, so it was perfect for us.

Just right.

Garett goes to great lengths to make the stay enjoyable and easy to access. He arranged the taxis from the St. Kitts airport, all the way to the property in Nevis. From the airport in St. Kitts, it was maybe 40 minutes to the villa. No stress. I would suggest having correct change, for the taxis and ferry. The place is spotless, no bugs, no mosquitos and the perfect size for a couple. Garett supplied us with an included, Suzuki Vitara, that ran great and got good fuel economy. It had good A/C and was in nice condition. He has put an immense amount of his time and energy, to see that everything goes well and he's always available for any questions. I would definitely go back.

PARADISE in the Forest

Perfect for what we wanted from arrival to departure. 5 stars for most, would have been 6 but not available as an option. Total relaxation. Clean from top to bottom. The Suzuki jeep for your personal use, made lightwork of the steep hill to get to the property. Any problems, a quick "WhatsApp" message to the boss Garett, and the problem was sorted. The support team, Eulin, Ryan, Nigel, Shavarre, and the new arrival, Mysita,(sorry about spelling errors). There is an abundance of wildlife, including lizards, frogs (singing ones), birds, and monkeys around the property, to the very well trained goats and donkeys walking wild. Appeared to be trained in crossing roads, stopping at the edge before safely crossing. Would we go back, of course we would. Janet and John (from the UK)

Enchanting

We travel a lot and use VRBO five or six times a year. While we have always been very happy with the VRBO properties, we have never experienced anything as magical as the Storybook Cottage at Eden Villa.Other reviewers have already mentioned the spectacular view from the spacious, breezy porch. They have also mentioned the friendly and courteous staff and Garett, the kind and thoughtful owner.So what does that leave for me to tell you? Well, let me start with the cottage itself. The pictures of the views from the porch and deck and of the beautiful gardens at the front entrance are accurate, but the interior views of the cottage do not do it justice.The space is small and simply furnished. But it is beautifully constructed and thoughtfully laid out so it feels spacious and comfortable. What the pictures do not show is the ceiling. It’s a gorgeous high white ceiling with wonderful ventilation that makes the whole interior space bright and airy. With windows open and the constant Caribbean breeze, we never felt the need or desire to use air conditioning. The entire inside has the feel of a large, charming porch.It’s difficult to find words to describe the feel of this place. Obviously it’s beautiful here, but more than that, the staff reflect Garett’s philosophy, giving the place an energy that’s both calming and healing. Storybook cottage earns its name. It is enchanting.

Million dollar view and stay

We we were immediately impressed when we rolled up in an arranged taxi and our host Garett was waiting to greet us. Within minutes we knew we made the right choice on Nevis vacation bungalows. Garett took a few minutes giving instructions and then we were on our way to a delightful Christmas week in paradise. The accommodations were perfect for 2. The ‘Jeep’ provided for transportation was perfect and appreciated. We buzzed all around the island. It has A/C too. Fun driving on the left side of the road. Takes a bit of concentration. On our arrival day Jerett had snacks, sandwiches, drinks and even breakfast chilling in the fridge. Even some local beer. It lasted us for days. One of the things we loved was the tranquility and quiet in the morning and at sunset. The patio faces the west and sunsets are amazing. We locked ourselves out one night and Jerett was there in 10 minutes to save us -sorry Jerett. He never complained. Several nights we fell asleep, poolside, watching the amazing stars at night. Kitchen has all the stuff to make breakfast lunch or dinner. We made breakfast a couple times but wanted to enjoy the local restaurants for all other meals. Everything is relatively close. Charlestown is only 20 minutes away. Checking out was a breeze. We look forward to our next visit to this exact villa.

Truly Heaven on Earth

I have dreamed of Nevis for almost as long as I have been married - 30 years. Nevis was the destination for our 30th anniversary trip and I couldn't have chosen a more perfect island or accommodations. Storybook Cottage is something one dreams of but very few get to experience. The location is amazing, the views are indescribable, and the experience will never be forgotten. Garett has the arrivals and departures down to an art. Trust him with the whole process. Garett and Eulin make a wonderful team. They are attentive and thoughtful. The cottage was spotless, bed linens were immaculate, bath linens were clean, plush, & large. Eulin's arrival dinner is delicious and welcoming, and she was even kind enough to surprise us with a cake on our anniversary. We loved watching the sunrises each morning while enjoying breakfast on the deck, and the sunsets make beautiful backdrops for photos. Having a jeep come with your rental is apparently unheard of on this island. Everyone we told was in disbelief. The jeep was amazing and we used it every single day to get to a new beach or restaurant or to just venture around the island. The soft cooler Garett provided was perfect for our daily beach snacks. The cottage's location can't be beat. Any place you want to visit on the island - beaches, restaurants, hikes - are usually a very short, less than 10 minute drive. Our trip to Nevis was unforgettable & we cannot wait to revisit Nevis and Storybook Cottage. It is a dream!

Storybook Cottage is a well equipped large studio. We especially liked the screen porch and pool deck with their incredible views. Elfron, the cohost made done wonderful food for us. Everything was great and I would definitely stay again!
