Spacious villa part way up Mount Nevis giving wonderful views of Caribbean and sunsets. Large garden with humming birds, lizards, fireflies and monkeys. Screened terrace for dining. 2 double bedrooms with Queen sized beds and en-suite bathrooms with walk in showers. 1 twin bedded room with en-suite bath/shower. Bedrooms have air conditioning. Fully equipped kitchen, sitting room, TV, WiFi. 15' x 30' pool

Excellent property in beautiful surroundings. The villa had everything we needed and the host Anna was really helpful with arranging transfers from St Kitts and was always available to answer our questions. We really enjoyed the pool and watching the monkeys and wildlife. There was easy access to plenty of places to eat and Pinneys beach was a 10 minute drive away. Hope to visit this beautiful, laid back island again one day.

This is a lovely house, well equipped with all that you need for your stay. The seating is comfortable with several dining area options. There is a smart TV with sign-in for your streaming services. One more sun lounger is needed to complete the six and maybe one replaced.The inside was impeccable, the only additional cleaning would be a routine for the pool area. Lots of fans and good AC if you need it but the breeze flowing through the home makes largely unnecessary. Huge fridge freezer should be ample for most needs. Communication with Anna was good and directions to the house were spot on. We used Nevis Car Hire and they took our luggage to the villa and we followed meaning we did not need to hire a big car just for luggage, great service. The key was not there when we checked in, which was a bit scary as our phones were not yet working but Patterson turned up with them soon after we arrived, explaining that the cleaner had forgot to leave them. The was useful as he did a walkthrough and explained everything. Start up supplies had kindly been arranged and we're there for our arrival. Everything was just as described.

Great weekend getaway!

We enjoyed two lovely nights on Nevis at Anna's place and Anna and her property management team were great. The kids loved the pool, the visits from the neighbourhood monkeys, and the beautiful breeze. We'll definitely be back! Thank you!

Nice villa. Well located, roomy and with an excellent pool.

The 2nd time we've stayed at Tree Frogs, this time for 5 weeks. Well kitted out with an excellent larger than average pool. Nicely located with eady access to main beaches and beach bars and restaurants. I'd advise renting a car to gain maximum flexibility.

Definitely would stay here again

Anna was very helpful answering questions before we arrived and property manager met us at the water taxi from St Kitts as planned. House and accommodations were everything we needed. Nicely outfitted kitchen. Pool and views made for nice outside enjoyment.

Relaxing vacation

Really awesome experience with the family staying at this beautiful property. Lots of space for everyone, very clean and organized. Pool was so great to have for the kids. Property manager was so friendly and helpful, he made everything really easy. He even stocked up the kitchen with some main necessities to kick start our stay. Would definitely recommend to others travelling to Nevis.

Lovely home with a fabulous pool

Tree frogs is a lovely spacious home with a beautiful swimming pool and nice views of Saint Kitts and the ocean. This would be perfect for four adults and a couple of children. The kitchen is well equipped, but slightly on the tired side. The monkeys are a lot of fun to watch, but we hear the locals aren’t too keen on them. Nevis is an absolutely stunning island. We will be back.

September getaway

We had a great time at Tree Frogs. Anna was a very responsive host. Upon arriving, two of the three a/c units in the bedroom were not working, but the house manager Patterson stopped by and had a repair tech out quickly. I would recommend using What’s App for communication in the islands as it seemed most of the locals use that instead of traditional cell service. . The island is beautiful and the locals are very friendly. Having a beautiful pool in the heat of summer was fantastic.

Lovely, welcoming home in a beautiful setting.

Three of us stayed in this home in January and found it to be perfect. This, unlike some rentals, is a home where it is obvious that someone who owns it stays there from time to time. It is well managed and cared for and the managers had even stocked it with milk, fruit, bread and cheese for our arrival. The setting and gardens are so pretty with many birds and monkeys as regular visitors. Although it can be a little tricky to find your first trip up the hill, it is convenient to town and beaches, and we enjoyed the drive through the Jessops to get there past local homes and churches.

Tree Frogs Villa

Tree Frogs is a spacious villa up in Fern Hill estates. The road through the ghut has now been paved which certainly makes the drive easier. On arrival with Patterson, we found the villa lovely and clean with some breakfast supplies in the fridge which were greatly appreciated. We had more rainstorms than expected so did not use the pool as we had hoped and one night the power went out but it was restored by morning so not a problem. Unfortunately we found the villa looking a little tired. The furniture in the living room is saggy and we had trouble sleeping on the hard master bed. Luckily we could try the other beds and found ones more comfortable for us. We enjoyed our time on Nevis, so many excellent restaurants and if the weather had cooperated, I'm sure we would have enjoyed it even more.

Beautiful Home but some issues...

The property could not have been nicer, pool, the view, spacious house, well cared for, stocked nicely, good service, clean, and friendly staff ! Two issues - if you rent, find out about the construction next door - apparently has been going on for several years...machines, back up alarms, grinders, saws, chain saws, Monday - Friday, 7:00 am to 5:00 + pm...annoying... Also, when I booked, the amount shown was in US $, when I paid, it got converted to British Pounds, which cost me more...I called Home Away, got a huge run around, kept hooking me up with a different person, 4 different people, none of whom knew anything of what I described- not happy with Home Away. I have rented around the world, never had this problem before. The old saying “take the money and run” seems to suit them...
