Gorgeous Ocean Views; Beautiful Accommodations

Due to a recent change in our long term rental plans, our beautiful villa is now available for VRBO guests. It is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa with completely modern amenities. It was built with all materials supplied from the USA. The villa has a full kitchen with all the essentials for in house meal preparation. Italian granite countertop, and all the necessary pots and pans, silverware, plates, glassware, etc that you would find in your own home. Each bedroom has a hand carved, queen-sized four corner poster bed with private bathroom for maximum comfort. Air conditioning units and ceiling fans in each bedroom. The entire villa living space is on the second floor for added privacy and so one can enjoy the fabulous views of the ocean. There is a beautiful 200 square foot front screened-in porch overlooking all the best of St Kitts, especially at sunset and at night. Wonderful landscaping allows you to handpick your own flower arrangements daily! Car rental can be arranged and we highly advise this to fully enjoy your stay. We are at most a 3 minute car ride to the nearest stretch of the famous 3 mile long Pinney's Beach where Yachtman's Grill is directly below us. Four Seasons and all the night life Nevis beach bars are less than 2 miles away.

Villa sits on almost two acres of private property and is only 200 yards from the main Nevis road. You can see the Cotton Ground Police Station from the property so we are in a very safe area yet secluded and not many know about our place in Heaven!

Wifi and a/c included. There is a free washer and dryer on premises.

We do not have a pool but as we mentioned are only 3 minutes drive from the beautiful Pinney's Beach where you can walk to two wonderful beach bars and use their lounge chairs and umbrellas all day long. The ocean will be 82 degrees and you'll see your toes.

Bring some golf balls and use our in-house golf wedges. We have an open 3/4 acre area perfect for your short game.

We pride ourselves on making sure you have an excellent vacation. And our property mgr husband and wife team are the best on the island. Period. We can arrange all transportation issues upon arrival at the St Kitts airport so you don't need to worry about a thing. We'll get you from the airport right to our villa. No hassles, no confusion, no headaches. You are on vacation ... we got it!

The villa was just completely repainted this June 2025, both interior and exterior. It is in excellent condition.

We do have two additional villas on the property and they can also be rented. Our situation is exceptional for larger families who might want some individual privacy yet all be together. Please inquire if interested.

The house was wonderful, comfortable, and well maintained. Great view, easy to get to it and to travel to most things of interest (5 minutes to the beach, hot springs, and tours). Having the monkeys visit was an added bonus.

Wonderful and safe stay

The property has a great view of the bay, lights at night are spectacular. The rooms were very clean and every piece of equipment functioned perfectly. Mosquito proof building quite a uniqe experience. Minuites away from the beautiful Malcome Guissard Recreational Park. We were very happy with our stay and would recommend this location to anyone. {Rent a vehicle}

Disappointing

Bad start taxi driver didn’t know where it was when we eventually arrived was disappointed it wasn’t has discribed kitchen items were dated and dirty we didn’t cook anything bedding and towels were stained towels and bath mats were worn and some had holes. After 2 days cockroaches appeared in every room told manager eventually phoned owner we had a mutual agreement for us to leave after 5 days had problems getting refunded so had to phone VRBO who sorted it out for us. What was ment to be a celebration for our 25th anniversary turned out to be a big disappointment. I would definitely say avoid this property

Little Gem in the Caribbean.

We needed ability to climb stairs with large suitcase. The view is magnificent. 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, large kitchen with separate dining area and living space. Sofa is on its last leg, we had a hard time getting out of it. Bathroom mirrors are too low for people 6 ft tall or more. Loved the screened in porch, dining area also on screened porch, Laundry facilities were a great help in keeping us from bring too much clothes for whole time. Comfortable bed, AC made evenings comfortable. We lover the whole place.

Internet out 5 out of 7 days we srayed here. One bedroom air con unit couldn't be adjusted properly but all fans worked well.worse part not being able to call home.carrying luggage up stairs was trying would've enjoyed at least bottled water upon arrival used to welcome basket weather was great. Entrance to home was horrible pavenent really messed up

excellent value

As we spent six weeks here it was important to be comfortable and have room enough for two couples to spread out. Was a great place to spend time relaxing with a book or being entertained by the almost daily visits from the monkeys a troupe of about 30. The open space inside was great for making our own meals and the large deck was a great place for watching the sun set and having a rum punch(or two).On site laundry was a big plus. We rented the car from the owner, a must to see the island at your own pace. Closest beach and restaurant is walkable(about 10 minutes) or 3 minutes by car. Ample groceries available in Charleston to make your own meals including an I.G.A. that receives fresh foods from the mainland every Tuesday and lots of fresh fruit and veg stands scattered around the island. We had two lovely local caretakers who were close by to answer any questions and pick us up and deliver us back to the ferry. We would recommend this property for anyone who wants an affordable, private and comfortable stay on Nevis. Watch Time Team Nevis on you tube for some extra archaeology adventure.

Definitely Recommend

Jon was very good at giving me all the information I needed before I left home. He has a local couple, Mala and Gupta, who help take care of his guests The airline lost my luggage and I was without it for two whole days. Mala took care of me, helped me shop for necessities, and even lent me some of her own clothing to wear until my bag arrived. My vacation would have been ruined if not for this. The weather was dry and breezy and I didn't feel the need to turn on the AC at all. The fans were plenty to keep me comfortable. I also used Jon's car to grocery shop and was able to prepare all of my own meals while there. You will definitely need a car, so if you don't use Jon's then I would advise you rent one. I ate at the Yachtsman's Grill and it was superb - definitely go there if you have time. Other than that, I mostly spent my time exploring the island by car and swimming at the various beaches. As a single woman travelling alone, I felt safe at the house and while I was out and about. The home was very clean and comfortable and I would stay here again or recommend it to friends.

Nice place, quiet location with a good view, close to restaurants, beaches, town.

A very pleasant place to chill. We went with our 2 kids, and found the cottage very comfortable. It's far enough off the main road to be quiet, but still a short drive to restaurants, beaches, and town. Has a nice new fridge, dishwasher, microwave and oven, ceiling fans in the main living space and bedrooms, plus strong A/C units in the bedrooms. Was very clean, and stocked with all the towels we needed for a week on the beach. Terrific view out over the sea to St Kitts in the distance. While the rental shares the property with several other units, we had total privacy - you cant really see the other units, and we never heard a sound from them, day or night. Especially nice being so close to "Indian Summer" - an Indian restaurant, which is by far the best value for dining on the island. Short drive to the best beaches (Oualie, Nesbit) too. Town is just a few minutes down the road. While the owner was not in Nevis during our stay, he remained easily reachable by email, and he's a good guy, who did his best for us. And he has people on the island to help out with anything that comes up. Mala and Gopaul, a very friendly couple, did many things for us, big and small, to make us comfortable - including arranging for a very cheap cell phone, picking us up from the ferry and bringing us back, and procuring our rented car. When something came up, they would respond within minutes. Let's you have the best of both worlds: a remote spot to get away from it all, but also assistance if you need it. A couple of caveats. You absolutely need a car. (Inquire of the owner if you can rent his.) And you would do well to bring mosquito nets. This latter point should not seem weird or scary. We're experienced backpackers, and we always take them along as a just-in-case when we go to the tropics. Made a big difference. Should also point out that we live in LA, which has virtually no mosquitoes, so we're a bit sensitive. Overall, this cottage is a great value, and makes for a great base to explore Nevis. We would not hesitate to book here again on our next visit.

The villa has a very 'cottagey' feeling, but is very well appointed. Very comfortable.

Nevis is a very relaxing location. Attractions are few but very historical. The beaches and beach restaurants are great, and the people are friendly.

Hidden gem

Property was very clean and the view was great! The property owner Jon was very nice and helpful. Provided all the info I needed prior to my arrival, not to mention, having a car to rent on property was plus. I would definitely stay there again!

One week in paradise!

Our stay in Nevis was both relaxing and stimulating. So much to see. A visit to sugar plantations, beaches and beautiful botanical gardens. Delicious foods. One of our favorite things to do was relaxing on the deck with a rum cola and watching the lights at near by St. Kitts.. Several times we were entertained by the monkies who came to visit our back yard. Wonderful memories.

Great Place

Everything we expected. Very clean and well maintained. Good view from porch. Nice grounds. Good location on Island. Close to beaches and restaurants. Will definitely stay there again.
