Conveniently located less than 1/2 a block from the beach, this condo is great for families and friends to stay at while visiting South Padre Island. The beach is within a 3-4 minute walk from your front door to the sand!

Las Puertas #203 has a beautifully furnished interior.
The living room offers guests a comfortable area to relax and converse as well as watch the flat screen tv.
Guest will enjoy preparing group meals in the kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, and cooking utensils.

The bedrooms are all spacious and have comfortable sleeping accommodations.

Great place...close to beach

We had a great time. Very close to the beach ....we walked! The pool was fun during the evenings. We had issues with one of the bathrooms but was quickly tended to. We would stay again !

A wonder place to stay!

The rental was just a short walk from the beach. The unit was clean, the rooms were great and check in/out was a breeze! Definitely considering renting again for next year!

Excellent

This place is just what we needed for our get away, it had everything we needed for all 8 of our guest. Plus we were so close to the beach that we would just walk there every morning and night just to relax. Definitely going to return to this place when we get the chance.

Family vacation

We loved this condo! Very clean and great location. The pool was nice and enjoyed it after a day at the beach. The beds were clean but the mattress’ need to be updated and not very comfortable but tolerable. Of course that’s just my opinion. I would stay here again and would recommend. Really the only complaint that I have is the parking. They only have one parking spot for the condo and if you have more than one vehicle you have to park one behind the other. If you have two big trucks, one will have to park at the end of the street because the space is not big enough for two big trucks. Of course this is the parking situation for pretty much every condo on the island. Not a deal breaker but was an inconvenience. I still would recommend this property.

Excelente condo, limpio, ordenado, con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda y placentera. La cercanía a la playa lo hace una de las mejores opciones ya que se encuentra a muy corta distancia del acceso a la playa (media cuadra). El condominio muy tranquilo y con muy buena alberca. Superó nuestras expectativas y sin duda lo recomiendo ampliamente. Será nuestra opción de hospedaje cada vez que regresemos a SPI. Además el proceso de renta con Expedia como con SPI Rentals fue rápido y sin contratiempos. 💯 Tuvimos suerte de encontrar esta opción disponible que ha sido la mejor de todas las anteriores visitas a SPI que hemos hecho.

Nice rental

This was a nice rental and nice location. I'm dealing with a medical issue so when I rented condos I didn't think I had to check to see if there was elevators or not because in the past when I've rented a condo it's been in a building with elevators. I should have done more research because I ended up getting a 2nd floor rental and having to walk up and down steps for me was a task! That's on me for not doing further research, but if you're in good health it's a good spot!

The condo was very clean, plenty of room for 4 adults and 4 teenagers. It is in a great location and only a short walk to the beach. We will definitely stay in this condo/location again.

Nice condo!

The condo was in a great location on the quieter north end of the island. Easy walk to the beach. We loved the little balcony in the front for morning coffee!

We loved our stay!

Everything was great, well-kept furniture and more than enough kitchen utensils. I'd just consider having stools because only 4 people can be seated when eating. Check-in and check-out processes were fast. My kids loved the pool!! We had an issue with clogged sink and bath tub, but were fixed right away. We'll stay here again for sure!

Great stay.

I would have given excellent but the dryer doesn't dry. Also the second bathroom with the tub doesn't drain well. You have to stand in a couple inches of water while showering. It was quiet at night which was good for sleep and the convenience of the pool and a quick walk to the beach still makes this a keeper.

We had a great stay!

We had a great stay! The rooms are more spacious than we were anticipating, which was a pleasant surprise. Check-in and check-out was quick and easy and the location is less than a block away from the beach!

Check in was supposed to be at 4pm our rooms weren't ready until almost 6pm,the room with the bunk bed didn't have a working light only a lamp, the refrigerator & humidifier water filters was dirty.
