The view from this first-floor three-bedroom, three-bath condominium can’t be beat! It offers a beautiful beachfront view from the master bedroom, the living areas, and a spacious balcony! The fully appointed kitchen includes an eat-in breakfast area, microwave, standalone ice maker, Keurig coffee pot, dishwasher, and laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. Other features include 9-foot ceilings throughout, ceiling fans, central heating and air conditioning, and a large master bath with a whirlpool tub, separate glass-enclosed shower, double vanity, and lots of closet space.

Restrictions: No Smoking, No Pets, No motorcycles, boats, wave runners, RVs, or trailers. Books 3 nights minimum. Monthly Rentals Available

***Each reservation includes 1 vehicle registration $55 plus tax. The additional vehicle will also need to pay $55 plus tax. Any vehicle that exceeds the limit for each house or condo will be instructed to park off-site.

Our favorite place!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 4th visit to Martinique on the Gulf, and 2 of those times have been in 106W. There are 4 adults and 2 kids in our party (ages 8-72); it's perfect for us. This location feels like you're at a private resort. We love the size of the corner unit, the patio and convenience to the pool and parking lot. The unit was clean, well furnished. Communication was great from the very beginning. We already plan to book again next year.

Disappointing Stay

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been staying at Martinique for many years now and our stay this time was very disappointing. The three bedroom unit had 1 blanket for 4 beds. Not a single hanger. No sponge, dish brush or dish soap. No trash bag in the trash masher. No Kleenex in the bathrooms. Certainly not what I expected based on our prior visits.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was very convenient to the pool and beach access. The unit space and layout was also good for our large family. HOWEVER, the carpet and floors were dirty. The carpet needs to be replaced, especially at the rental price. Furniture in the den area was also very uncomfortable and the couch was covered by a cheap couch cover. Sorry, but we will not rent this unit again.

Wonderful Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this first floor condo. It was clean, well stocked and so convenient to the pool, boardwalk and parking lot. We were able to leave our beach wagon etc on the patio. Our only complaint was the mosquitos (not necessarily a condo issue) but we killed over 2 dozen in the children's bedroom (they were covered in bites) and mosquitos were in abundance outside the doors and condo area. Besides this issue, it was a wonderful stay and we'll definitely be back.

Disappointing- Dingy furniture - Exposed wires

Reviewer Comments: This was our 6 year of staying at Martinique- we were very disappointed this year!The condo- The pictures on the listing does not reflect the unit. False advertising! It’s painted in a drab color (not Brechy like the pictures), it has ripped dining room chairs, the living room chairs were dirty and dingy with a tacky couch slip on the sofa. Carpet was dirty. We had to wash all the pots and silverware. Ants were all over the kitchen and patio. We did call the office and were told -it wasn’t their problem since it was privately owned. The resort was not as pristine as it has been In Years past - tall weeds growing through the concrete around the pool, resort flowers were dead, Pinestraw had not been changed since last year, poison Ivy growing everywhere, and a yellow jacket nest right by our patio . The worst was-Exposed electrical sprinkler wires by our patio that was a danger to our kids. There is only 1 Grill for the entire resort and it was nasty. The beech is still quiet and pristine

This by far was the worst place I have ever stayed. Condo was spacious and plenty of room. Carpets were nasty, chairs and loveseat were gross. I covered them before we sat on them, and the whole condo was dated and very much in need of an update. For the price I was overall disappointed in the inside of condo. The wreath on front door looked like it had been hanging there for yrs.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Martinique is in the perfect location! Our rental was on 1st floor so we enjoyed easy access to the beach and pool. The kitchen was adequately equipped but lacked a few of the perks I’ve seen at other properties. The condo is nice but needs a little TLC such as, needs to be updated and thoroughly cleaned. Only drawback on the boardwalk was the sand has migrated up making it much more difficult to walk on. Overall a great experience.

We loved every minute of our stay. I cannot say enough about the management team...they went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and satisfied with our accommodations. Best rental experience I have had in 20 years...HANDS DOWN! Already looking forward to next year!

The Perfect Escape

Location to pool and beach board walk good, and beds comfortable. I would not call the condo clean upon arrival. The condo needs major rehab. Carpet needs to be replaced with tile!!!, ice maker in need of cleaning, kitchen furniture-chairs missing support bolts,etc. Upon arrival, no towels, toilet paper, paper towels, and frig not wiped clean. Tried to vacuum myself and it was also broken. Kitchen cabinets and kitchen chairs need to be wiped down . Cobwebs on bathroom light fixture. View of golf obstructed by tall overgrown shrubs. Best part of trip was spending time with family.

We liked the first floor

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at a condo at Martinique before, but we usually stay in the third floor. With young children we liked the covered patio and addition grassy area. The location near the pool was great too. We had two minor complaints, the patio furniture needs replacing and the air conditioning needs to be adjusted. The master bath was freezing.

Kitchen had ample cooking supplies, furniture was nice, beds comfy. Would have given a 5 star except for 2 things- moldy water stains in the master bathroom ceiling & found dirty dishes in the kitchen cabinets & a draw full of used Mask! The office did come and dispose of the dirty mask-and was super apologetic. Will stay again at this unit!

Loved the huge patio. The pools and hot tubs were used daily. The beach was fantastic. Tennis court was also visited more than once daily. Will book again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: loving the location and the view...though the landscaping around the patio needs much work!! Inside the condo, the carpet looks very rental soiled with many stains!! Hopefully those items can be taken care of before our next winter stay here!! PS many issues with the wi-fi here as well!!
