Single story condo in Rockport Racquet & Yacht Club with Bay Views.

Unique vacation rental - 750ft fully lit fishing pier, pool, tennis courts with boat parking area, tie up marina & private launch on property. Large lawn right off deck and 14 acres of trees, lawns, and walkways. Fully remodeled kitchen is well stocked for prepping, cooking and serving. Enjoy a gorgeous new kitchen and all new appliances.

Features split bedrooms, 2 have king sized beds and access to the deck for a view of the gorgeous grounds & bay. Third has 2 sets of bunk beds-that’s 6 beds total! **Please note: there are no TV's in the bedrooms. Ceiling fans in every room along with AC keep you cool and comfortable. The kitchen has all of the necessities to meet food preparation needs including, coffee maker, toaster oven, stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, pots & pans, dishes, etc.

This comfortable townhouse style condo has an airy living room with high ceiling and open feel. There is a tv with cable in the living room and internet access is provided. Both bathrooms have tub/shower combos. Towels, hairdryers and basic supplies are included for your convenience.

The deck provides a great place to watch the sunrise with coffee in hand and then unwind after a big day of kayaking, golfing, birding, shopping, swimming, boating, fishing, beach combing, or any of the other many activities in the Rockport area. Use the community charcoal grill to grill up a delicious dinner then play games with the family on the rolling lawn, or just sit back and enjoy the sea breeze and beautiful views.

We had a wonderful stay! We had everything we needed in the condo, the fishing pier was excellent, we enjoyed some pool time and even played a little tennis. It’s in a great location and is quiet and safe. The condo was well equipped, very clean and the beds were comfortable. Anne went above and beyond to make sure we had everything and was very quick to answer any questions we had. We would definitely recommend this stay to others and look forward to coming back again!

Sunshine getaway

This condo is spectacular. This was our second time staying here, and we would definitely consider it again when we need to escape the cold, gray Pacific Northwest in late winter. We particularly enjoy the long fishing pier that we had access to. The kitchen is well appointed, and serving dinner for six was easy, comfortable and fun. It’s quiet and private, but easily accessible to Rockport. I highly recommend it.

A Short Getaway

Our stay was just what we needed in between Thanksgiving and Christmas! The property was just as the pictures and description showed which is always a plus. We found plenty to do, going to a local theater production, an art show, and Aransas National Wildlife Refuge some of the activities. Great food was found as well, both bbq and fresh seafood. Amazing Vacation

We were originally only going to stay 2 nights but immedietly fell in love with the views, the pier, and the property so we reached out to Anne to see if we could stay a 3rd night. She was prompt and allowed us to extend our vacation which was stellar on its own. The propety itself is stocked with everything we needed to do all of our cooking. The pier was amazing. We fished every morning and night and never got sick of it. The lights made it so we were able to have enough light to see and enjoy night fishing and the amount of rod holders was perfect. The overall greatest part of this property was the fact that AFTER we had checked out. One of our vehicles was giving us trouble and Anne gave us a code to be able to go inside and use the restrooms so we werent uncomfortable waiting for the repair. The act of kindness has offically hooked us. We have plans to stay again and we will forever keep with booking with Anne. Thank you so much for being an absoluelt amazing hostess. We look forward to our next stay in October!!!

Great time

The property was very clean, well stocked and comfortable. My son enjoyed fishing of the very long pier. Not a bad drive to many activities. We were already talking about next spring break there.

Short get away

Took the family on a short get away. Anne was great from the start answering all questions and ensured we were squared away. Great fishing pier to just sit and enjoy and even if you don’t catch fish you are sure to catch some good rays! You’re sure to enjoy this stay when booking with Anne!

The Sand Piper thrilled my husband and me from the very first minute to the last. We were welcomed with flowers and snacks, just the initial pleasant surprise. The condo was spotless, and appeared newly remodeled. It is well stocked with kitchen accessories and bathroom linens. The condo campus is right on Aransas Bay, so we could hear waves and warm wind all day. The fishing pier is a perfect place to hang out every day. We met up with family at another condo, and we hope to make this a destination every February.

Just what we were looking for!

Anne was very communicative before/during/after our stay, which was much appreciated! The rental description didn't do justice to the actual accommodations - the kitchen was gorgeous and I left a little jealous of the appliances. There were also so many extra touches we weren't expecting, like the multiple streaming services already available on the tv, the books and board games for both kids and adults, and the pool/beach toys. I am definitely keeping this listing handy for our next visit to the area!

Our 4th of July Stay

This is our 2nd stay at the Sand Piper. We have been impressed with cleanliness and how well stocked with towels, paper products, kitchen utensils and dishes the condo is for both years! We have come every year for 44 years and have not found another property as beautiful or well prepared for guests as #69 and we look forward to another visit next year, too! Thank you to owners!

Little family reunion

This place was exactly as presented, and extremely well stocked cooking utensils, and odds & ends which make vacation a little easier . No need to run to store for every little thing one may need. Anne was an excellent host and responded immediately to anything we needed.

Sand Piper! What a treat!

This property is in a great location. Very quiet and not super busy with people coming and going. You can fish off of a very nice pier. You can swim in the pool. You can sit on the porch and listen to the birds and see the bay and watch the waves come in. This property is close to dinning, stores, and to fun times. Close to many attractions in nearby cities too. Great Place and very responsive host.

Perfect Family Getaway

We absolutely loved the Sand Piper. The location was wonderful. You can glimpse the ocean from the back porch and it's a very short walk to the beautiful pier, swimming pool and community laundry center. It's also just a ten minute drive to almost everything in Rockport. The condo has almost everything you can think of and the rooms are comortable and spacious. This was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 2 kids.

We are a family of outdoor enthusiasts. We love fishing and spending time at the beach. Shelly is our resident artist and her work has been showcased at the Rockport Center for the Arts in addition to national shows. Many of her original paintings hang in The Sand Piper!
