Cozy on into this historic cottage, Magnolia Cottage. Located in the heart of Rockport, Texas, you will be near all the excitement of fishing, birding, and the coastal beach shores.

Splash into the pool to cool off and relax or enjoy a good book from the Adirondack chairs as you soak up the coastal Texas sun. Enjoy a fresh seafood meal from the grill and dine alfresco on the patio dining table.

Inside you will find cozy and comfortable living. The cottage features a mini fridge and microwave for quick snacks and picnics to be prepared. The living room and each bedroom are set with a Smart TV so you can stream your favorite shows. The bedrooms feature large king beds with fresh soft linens to enjoy a restful sleep. The bedrooms are connected by a Jack and Jill bathroom that features a walk-in shower. The second full bathroom can be found outside in the pool house, which also features a walk-in shower. You will also find a laundry room there to freshen any clothes during your stay.

Mere minutes from the excitement of Rockport Beach and downtown Rockport and within walking distance of Rockport Pier, the Rockport Center for the Arts, and plenty of shops and eateries, you’ll never run out of fun things to do. Spend a day at the beach splashing in the water and watching the boats in Rockport Harbor. Head over to Goose Island State Park and check out The Big Tree or plan a day trip to Port Aransas and Mustang Island. Just a 20-minute drive and ferry wait puts you on the soft sandy shores of the Gulf of Mexico.

Clean and very nice, chairs need a cleaning but beds are very comfortable, know there is a wine chiller, no refrigerator or stove, i overlooked when i booked.This is the pool house in the back but it has a big room kitchen and rooms but living area for family to watch tv is a small couch and 2 chairs. Its cute amd lovely decorated. Pool is big and nice Privacy since host wasn't there during the season. Great location by everything. I would come back.

Another bday in the books at my fave Rockport Magnolia Cottage. The host makes everything super easy. It’s always clean and ready for our arrival. It’s so close to everything and the nightlife doesn’t affect my stay. The private pool means I can stay out all night and or all day. It soothes my soul. Thanks Rockport and thanks Magnolia Cottage!

Magnolia Cottage

Really loved the stay for our small vacation! Doesnt really have a fridge or stove but it was amazing. Enjoyed the pool !! Small town but there is places to go to! Definitely recommend & will be coming back soon.

Great house and location!

Charming and comfortable place. We were very comfortable and had a great time. We would definitely stay there again. Be aware, the “kitchen is really limited with only a beverage fridge and a microwave, but it’s not a big deal at all.

Peaceful cottage

We very much enjoyed our stay in the cottage.It is beautiful and well appointed. The area is quiet and very convenient to all the area.It is a bit disconcerting ( and inconvenient)not to have a full size refrigerator but we made do.We knew there was no stove so we utilized the weber grill that was provided.All in all we would definitely stay again

Beautifully decorated and perfect location

The Cottage was beautiful and big enough for a family of 6. They had everything we needed and more. The pool was a big plus, the kids had so much fun in it. Location was perfect .. 3mins away from the beach. The fact that we were able to wash wet clothes immediately was good. We plan to stay here next year.

Lovely Cottage

Had everything we needed and then some! Easy to relax inside and outside. Comfortable outdoor furniture and the beds were the best ever. Jack and Jill restroom between the bedrooms was genius! Pool was nice, but we didn’t really use it much since this was mostly a trip to get in a family visit. Will definitely return.

Absolute FABULOUS Rockport stay

We didn’t receive any info for checking into the cottage. I had to text the office to get inside. The cottage was clean and tidy. We needed the pull out couch for the kids and there weren’t any bed linens for it?? But I had brought some so it worked out. The pool and deck were perfect after we came back from the beach. 10/10

Not worth the money

Wasnt worth the money. No oven or stove not even a fridge or mini fridge. Not family friendly at all. Maybe if you are by yourself it will work.

My Birthday

We stayed Friday thru Monday. My husband reserved this for my 66th birthday. Description says fridge there is no fridge, it’s a freaking wine cooler. He had bought ice cream and an ice cream birthday cake, well that was a waste. Called and told them. They sent out a styrofoam ice chest with a bag of ice. Boy they went all out. Pool needed more attention, pool cleaner stayed in pool the entire time and never moved. It also states cookware, there is no cookware. We lost so much food due to false advertisement spent a lot in ice. Pic of the fridge below. Would not stay again.

Kitchenette is Not what you think😰

Pull out couch was covered in crumbs from previous renter. Comforters and Shams stunk of Body Oder and looked filthy, photos were sent in. Kitchenette stared but there is No Way to Cook except to use BBQ and there are No pans even for that. States there’s a toaster and there wasn’t. States Regridgerator and Wine fridge, but only has the wine fridge so don’t pack food that needs to be placed I. Fridge and due to No way of cooking, plan on eating out after spending $$$ to rent.

Better for 1-2 night stays not a whole week

Maybe I misunderstood the details but not having anything to cook on besides the grill was super difficult. And the fridge was really upsetting with young children trying to keep some foods cold. The pool and outside area was great! The flood light outside shining on the gate, it lights up every few seconds illuminating the bedroom on that side. Some better curtains/blinds would’ve been appreciated, especially with two under 3 years old. Also better clarification about the house on the property, we thought we would have access to it as well? I really think some better details about that and the kitchen would’ve been nice to see before hand. Also, the outlets outside in the closed in patio did not work. We bought a skillet to use instead of the grill and couldn’t use it outside with the outlets not working.
