Welcome to Island Time, your laid-back Cocoa Beach getaway where the beach, pool, and family fun are all just steps away.

This spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests and is designed for families and groups who want room to spread out, relax, and make memories together.

- Private Heated Pool – Swim Year-Round
The private pool is heated to approximately 86°F during the cooler months(November-March), making it perfect for enjoying the Florida sunshine even when temperatures dip. During the summer, the pool naturally stays around 80°F — a refreshing way to cool off after a day at the beach.

-Walk to the Beach
Leave the car behind and walk to the beach to either I Dream of Jeannie Park beach or Lori Wilson. Spend the morning in the sand, come home for a swim, then relax poolside, fire up the grill, and enjoy your own private outdoor space.

-Your Own Game Room
When the beach and pool aren't enough, head into the garage game room for some friendly competition. You'll find foosball, ping pong and other games, giving kids — and kids at heart — plenty to do.

- Room for Everyone
One of the best features of Island Time is the two separate living areas. It's perfect for families traveling together because everyone can have their own space.

Enjoyed our stay tremendously! The property was clean with all the amenities! The pool was a plus for the kids! Kept my youngest entertained for hours! The host was Awesome! We had a pleasant stay outside of the rental. There was a terrible rotten egg smell our first night, but dissipated to tolerable after the sprinklers were shut off. We encountered a snake in the pool and ants in the bathroom and rear bedroom. A can of raid was on site. The house was otherwise clean. The condensing unit was extremely loud, especially at night and we were in the master bedroom which was in the front of the house. I’m sure if more people were in our party this would have been a serious problem as the rear bedrooms were right next to the unit.The house is close to the beach and the beautiful pool was an enjoyable experience after the heat of the days. The outside furniture was not in good shape though and the umbrella blew over everyday. The game room was neat but way too hot to enjoy. The washing machine is moldy. We bought washing machine cleaner but it definitely needs a scrub down.

We’re sorry for the issues you encountered during your stay. The rotten-egg smell you noticed was related to the sprinkler system, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We have also taken your other concerns seriously and have taken steps to address them. Pest control has been called out to treat both the interior and exterior of the home for ants. The washing machine has also been deep cleaned. Regarding the A/C unit noise, we have contacted an A/C company to evaluate the system and determine what can be done to reduce the noise, particularly at night. We also want to clarify that the game room does have a window A/C unit available to help cool the space while the games are being used. Thank you again for your feedback. We appreciate you helping us identify areas that need attention, and we hope these improvements will provide a better experience for our future guests.

The Beach House

We loved staying here. The backyard was amazing! It was maybe a 10 min walk to the beach or there is free parking at Lori Wilson park. We would come back for sure!

A week of relaxation

We have stayed many times in Cocoa Beach usually for a couple of months. Went this time with two couples and enjoyed our time sitting by the pool, cooking and golfing.

3 Days at Cocoa Beach

We found the property to be lovely. Any past issues with poor beds has been fixed. Our kids loved the heated pool and games in the garage. We would stay there again.

Great family vacation home

We enjoyed our stay. Janice is a responsive property manager. I had several questions asked and answered by her before we arrived. The home was clean, roomy and well equipped. Sitting in the lush, back yard around the sparkling, private pool was a great way to spend the day.

Family beach vacation

Family of 6 adults and 2 children , basic house nothing fancy , but clean with plenty of room for everyone . Pool was heated and great after a day at the beach . perfect location . 10 minute walk to beach , restaurants short drive . Short drive to pier or Ron Jon’s . Cocoa. Beach is a perfect spot for beach holiday ,clean beach which is guarded and lots of wave action to l play in.we would not hesitate to book this place again in the future !

Everything was great. House was nice. Just that one issue with bed frame. Pool was nice just slow with the clearness of the water.We skimmed and scrubbed it a few times a day. The location was EXCELLENT!!!!!! We would come back and reccomend this home to all!!!!

The pool area was really nice. All the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was redone and nice. The furniture in the family room and living room were not comfortable. And a few wobbly tables. The outside lights were very rusted. We were disappointed with the lack of maintenance. For what we paid I would have expected better quality.

Hello Peggy, We are glad you had a wonderful stay. Homes on the beach do take beating with the salt air. We do our best to stay on top of maintenance. I understand the lights are rusted but the still do work and provide plenty of light. We have replaced the sofa in the family room and added 2 new chairs.

The house is older which typical for the Cocoa Beach area. The bedrooms are large and comfortable enough for my group of six adults and two young children. While some updating has been done, the bathrooms could use more improvement. The master shower/toilet is in a very small space and the master sink is open to the bedroom. It can be awkward if multiple people are getting dressed at the same time. The exterior doors need weather stripping to avoid running the A/C nonstop and the ceiling fans need adjustment for noise. The house was clean, equipped and the pool/gas grill are great.

Family Fun

Our whole family (son, daughters, son in laws and grandchildren) joined us for spring break. Not a brand new, fancy space, but it served our purpose well. The location, literally a 4 minute walk to the beach, was perfect. Even when we drove the kids over, the parking was free. There was ample space for all of us. The heated pool was a real hit. Nice for kids, and great for adults to enjoy while little ones were napping. Lots of nice places to eat that were nearby. The beach was never crowded, despite spring break. The garage was full of beach/pool equipment, including a beach buggy, which we used to haul our towels, cooler etc. to the beach. Those are all very positive things. Realistically, the place was very modest. Just as photos show. The updated kitchen was nice and accommodated our needs. The living room furniture was a little worn, but was ok, since we did not spend much time inside. We did have a problem with the tub midweek, which took a plumber to fix. The communication was very prompt when I contacted the ownership. It did, however, take 3 days to get it fixed. Being down one shower and the tub (especially with 2 babies) was tough, but we did receive some credit on our bill afterward, which we appreciated. Overall, this was a great location and space to enjoy a family vacation.

The pool is the star of this rental, make no mistake. The house smells of mold, as fellow Floridians we understand this is typical and likely due to previous storm damage. I believe the property deserves 3 stars as an, “Ok”, but the pool really does make up for a lot. It seems clear that some level of investment should be considered- honestly you could get better quality furniture at Goodwill. But, you don’t go on vacation to sit on side tables. The yard is lovely, the parking is plentiful and no one bothers you. This is the first house I’ve rented with a giant big brother camera, but I do understand. If I were renting out my place with a pool, for liability- it does make sense. It does make you a little paranoid but if you’re not doing anything wrong, who cares? The pool cleaner came by while we were there, he was very kind and didn’t want to intrude. He actually left us the bucket of chlorine to dump in the pool when we were ready so that we didn’t have to kick the kids out of the pool, I thought that was very understanding of him and I appreciated that a lot. The one thing I have to call out on my husband’s (retired Chef) behalf is the Rachel Ray cookware. Seriously folks, those pots and pans are 25 years old and those seriously need some kind of replacement. We would consider staying here again but I guarantee we’d be bringing pots and pans with us if we did. Thank you! Sorry for the tough love but given with honesty and fairness, respectfully.

This property was in a great location and was very quiet. It was spacious for our extended family. We loved hanging out by the pool area. We had one issue arise while we were there and it was promptly taken care of. Management responded to any questions very quickly. I would definitely stay there again.
