Whether you're lounging poolside, grilling up a delicious meal on the gas grill, or dining al fresco under the covered patio, this home is designed for comfort and enjoyment. Inside, you'll find three bedrooms with queen beds, including a master bedroom with its own private ensuite and large walk-in closet. The living room features a comfortable sofa bed, ideal for small families or couples seeking extra space. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, and all the essentials for cooking and dining. Stay connected with Cox's highest-speed internet and enjoy entertainment on the Smart TV in the living room and Master Bedroom. For added convenience, the home includes a washer and dryer, central air conditioning and heat, linens, a Wi-Fi printer, and keyless entry. Parking is available for up to two cars in the garage and driveway. For those cooler nights, a propane patio heater is provided for your comfort.

No events or parties, and quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM to ensure a peaceful neighborhood atmosphere.
Guests must be at least 30 years old to book, and adherence to community HOA regulations is required. Pool heating is optional (gas heat). A heating fee applies during the colder months. Please inquire as it depends on the season.
No overnight street parking as per HOA regulations.
Government ID is required upon check-in

Pool safety: There is no pool fence. Children and non-swimmers must be under adult supervision at ALL times while in the backyard and wear a life vest or floatation device.
