Great Location and Amazing beaches

This condo was amazing, very well furnished. Everything needed for a relaxing time. Kitchen was well appointed with all appliances. The layout was very functional and had great views of the bay. The location was amazing and within walking distance of the Gulf as it was right across the street. Would highly recommend this for a family get away. The beaches were not crowded and no other condos on the West side.

The stay was amazing. I would definitely stay at this location again. The views are beautiful access to the bay side beach and gulf! Just perfect location. I had to reach out once about a little inconvenience but they were very responsive. I would definitely recommend this location.

Great location. You could choose bayside or ocean side with quick and easy access to both. The condo was clean, clean had the necessities ( would be nice to add a few bottles of water as a welcomed treat). Loved the sunroom area the best.

All and more

We loved this place so much! The walk to the beach is doable but not for the faint of heart. Once you arrive the amount of people on the beach completely makes up for the walk over. No matter what time of day you walk right to the water and have a seat with all the provided beach chairs and umbrellas from the room. The kitchen was AMAZING! So nice of a set up and everything you needed was available. The only tiny thing that could have been better was the temperature of the master bedroom. Thank God for the provided fan to place in the hallway because it got a little toasty for us staying in that room. So many perks of this place made up for the small things. Lord willing we will definitely be back again soon!

Property was clean and had a great view of the water with about as short of a walk to the beach as you could hope for. Gated access to the complex was simple to navigate and the two parking spots are right next to the stairs and elevator and were easy to get in and out of. We had plenty of space for four adults and two children. Even with a pack and play being setup in one of the bedrooms we were never cramped for space. Overall the property was great and we would look to stay here again if get to make another trip someday.

Relaxing stay, great condo with a view of ocean and bay.

Great relaxing stay and good location and beautiful decor. Only thing—you need a Keurig and the bedroom closet if off the track.

Beautiful condo!!

The condo was just as pictured. Extremely clean and tastefully decorated! The kitchen had everything you would need if you wanted to cook. Loved the double patios! Definitely would stay here again and recommend this condo!!

The view of the bay was awesome. The kitchen was supplied with everything needed to prepare a meal. It was a nice suprise to have beach chairs, umbrella & beach towels in the unit. Also, the small supply of essentials; dish soap, laundry soap, shampoo, etc. was an unexpected bonus. Very detailed instructions for check in and parking. The owner has exceeded our expectations and we will be staying here again!

Perfect lodgings on the Gulf Coast

This wonder, comfortable two bedroom condo on Pensacola Bay was a great find! Roomie, great view, complex well maintained. Just a few steps to the pool, on the beach of the Bay and just across the road from the Gulf of Mexico. Next to the Fort Pickens reserve away from all the hustle and bustle of the tourist area. I will return again -and again!!

A perfect spring break!

We loved everything about the property. It was everything advertised and more. Reservations went well and the directions were great. Super clean with everything we needed. Everything was perfect for a spring break. We enjoyed the quiet location and we were well rested when we left. Would love to return. Highly recommend this place.

Fantastic

The property was gorgeous! It has been beautifully updated. The owners provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Nice sized bedrooms with soft beds. I especially loved the kitchen and the two balconies that overlook the bay. Of course being across from the Gulf is a bonus.

Road trip with my mother to watch my granddaughter in National Dance Comp

Couldn’t be happier. Loved the location and how close to the beach we were. Moms never stayed in a condo and she loved it. She liked having her own space (she had the master bedroom). I’m hoping to bring my family back someday. Thank you!!!!!

Awesome condo & location

The property location was right near the national park entrance. Quiet area which was very nice. The condo was great - super clean and had almost everything one would want. Only suggestions we have is King bed could use a mattress update & higher end sheets and perhaps an upgrade to an espresso machine would be nice in such a nice condo. The furniture was tasteful and very comfy, tv options nice for watching Thanksgiving football and a plethora of other options. Truly enjoyed our stay - right on the water and hearing the waves was so peaceful. Highly recommend staying at this condo.

The unit and location were beautiful. Both the unit and the grounds were clean and well kept, and the hosts had been very thoughtful in providing necessities for our stay, including the following:travel size shampoo, conditioner, hand and body soaps, lotion, bath salts, make-up wipes, body wash, magnifying mirror, starter laundry pods, dishwashing pods, and liquid, kitchen sponge, counter wipes, coffee packs and filters, paper towels, dish towels and even spices for cooking. These are in addition to what you'd expect to see in a rental unit. There were extra blankets and pillows, some games, cards, 4 beach chairs and towels, and a beach umbrella. Tip for renters: If you have heat and AC off and want to crack the BR sliding door for a fresh breeze and the sound of lapping waves just outside, close the BR door to the hall to avoid a screaming wind sound!We loved this place and will be recommending it to our friends and family members.
