Nestled in the heart of Studio City, the condo is just a few minutes walk from trendy restaurants, shops banks pharmacies and fun sites. The CBS Radford lot is a minute walk down the street. The Hollywood Hills and Universal Studios are a 10-15 minute drive away. There's easy access to all major highways making the drive to Hollywood and exploring LA a breeze.

Beautiful, spacious, and open condo concept
Situated in the sought after Carpenter School District and popular Farmers' Market, as well as chic restaurants, wine bars, and coffee shops along Ventura Blvd and Ventura Place.
The unit is a giant 1 bedroom 1 bath, 1,300 sq. ft. with a fireplace, high ceilings, custom closet, and Viking kitchen appliances. The unit has hardwood floors throughout and large French doors leading to a spacious patio.
In unit front-load washer and dryer.
2 garage parking spaces with personal electric car charger.
With all the bustle around it, this unit is an oasis of calm. Perfect for a couple or single person on vacation or in LA for work. You don't hear any of the noise from the city, and feel secluded in your very own villa.
My condo is set up as a home away from home for you. It's fully furnished with all the everyday necessities provided for an easy and comfortable stay. Extra bed linens, towels are available. All kitchen necessities are provided and the SMART TV is equipped with a sound system.
The unit is quiet and you will be undisturbed here from the bustle of daily life. The outdoor patio has it's own little gym corner, bbq and seating area.
This is a small condominium building which is mostly retired owners so it's very quiet and peaceful.
It's meant for people who are on vacation and need a nice quiet place to have a base or people who are coming to Los Angeles to work and want to have a comfortable home to live in while here.

Additional rules
An $2000 100% refundable security/damage deposit will be given in advance before check-in, ($2750 if there is a pet) in case of any issues including damage, penalties, or rent payment issues. This deposit will be returned after checkout when a walk-through has been completed of the property to ensure that there are no damages or issues requiring reimbursement.
For safety and security reasons Government issued photo ID will be requested by the host for each guest. ID must be given in advance before booking can be confirmed.
Pets are allowed on a case by case basis but owner takes full responsibility for any damage and stains caused by pet including fully replacing furniture which cannot be repaired cleaned or recovered. Guest agrees they will always pick up after their pets anywhere on the site of the property. Whether it be inside the unit or on the grounds
Please always leave clothes washer door open after use to air out and dry. Closing door results in mildew. And requires a special cleaning after.
There is absolutely no smoking inside the condo or on the patio. Patio furniture has all been reupholstered and my last set had cigarette burns from previous guests which ruined it
The locked storage room is not to be entered.
Lastly since it's such a quiet building the other owners do not want to have to deal with any sort of problems caused by rentals and they will let me know if there are any disturbances.
The following are NOT allowed on this property's premises:
- any business in which involves outside persons coming and going
- any in-person business transactions (of any kind)
- large parties
- smoking (of any kind)
- illegal substances or underage drinking/drug use
- pets that do not belong to the guest
- unauthorized guests
- loud music or gatherings after 10pm
- The guests agrees to allow landlord to show the property to prospective future guests, with reasonable written notice and landlord can expect the apartment to be in a presentable condition.
Cats
-guest who bring cats agree to not use the vacuum for cat litter and agree to do a light cleaning of entire unit before checking out to ensure there is no cat litter or cat hair in the unit. Including washing linens that pets have been on. otherwise a additional $100 extra cleaning fee will be charged.
These rules must absolutely be followed.
