Beautiful 3+2, 1450 sq ft home with tranquil back yard.

Note: Although, this is a 30 day rental, I do have other beautiful properties in the area that have as low as a 4 day booking requirement. Just click on "ask owner a question."

This house has been remodeled several time. Most recently as February of 2019, where the entire kitchen was redone and opened up to the living room/dining room. It has a contemporary decor with warm and pleasing color tones throughout. You will find a fully stocked kitchen to prepare any type of home cooked meal that you desire. After a good night's rest on the pillow top luxury beds (found in every room), you can wake up and enjoy a delicious breakfast or cup of coffee/tea on the covered patio in your private yard, surrounded by the beautiful Zen-like landscape and surroundings. This house is conveniently located, making daily excursions to tourists attractions very feasible. Wifi, cable, smart roku television streaming provided.

Great location

We spent two months here and the location was excellent. This house was very close to where our son and his husband live, so we were able to see them every day without getting in their way. (Both they and we work at home.)Photos are accurate, cute and clean, and the fully fenced backyard was great. Target was in walking distance.

Fantastic Property Design in a Great Neighborhood with Tons of Space Inside & Out

I can’t recommend this spot enough. Brenda is the sweetest, most accommodating gal on the planet. My booking was sorta last minute and she responded within the hour of my request and had docs sent over and everything was done so quickly and seamlessly and HASSLE FREE! The home is stylishly appointed with retro motifs and a mid century modern / atomic era vibe to it, everything was clean and in tip top shape and literally had zero to complain about lol. And I’m not just saying it. If it was “ehhhhh, alright,” I’d say so. That’s just not the case here. This spot housed my brother and his wife and two kids and by accident, myself one evening as well as we all hung out into the late evening early morning. Is great for families and has room for the little ones to play and the grown up kids to hang as well without it being a tight fit. Can’t go wrong with this rental! :)

Beautiful home, perfectly situated!

We took a last minute family vacation with the kids, and found this amazing home that was in the middle of everything we were hoping to see! Close to grocery stores and great restaurants! And centrally located to all the major attractions. The house and back yard were impeccable, and has a feeling of privacy and peacefulness. A perfect spot for families and friends. An absolute deal for this quality of a home! And a wonderful host :) Thanks Brenda!

Excellent Great Home - Highly Recommended

In the search for a temporarily place to stay, we were so lucky to find this perfect house and great owner to whom we now consider a friend. The house is in excellent condition and it even looks better in real life than pictures. The owner was so kind to accommodate us and work with us and our relocation agent. There was literally nothing wrong with the place, and I would highly recommend this place to anybody who wants to be in Sherman Oaks.

We're so lucky we found this home!

We stayed at this lovely home for over 3 months and our family is so grateful we found it. Our home had major flooding and water damage and we had to evacuate immediately. My main concern was finding a place that could accommodate myself, my husband and our two small children. Brenda's home was perfect. It was clean, cozy and very peaceful. The backyard is a huge plus. We had no idea how much damage our house had endured, and we had no idea that we would be displaced for as long as we were. Brenda was easy to work with, always available and extremely helpful. Another plus, the neighbors are very nice as well!

Great Stay !

I had my family come visit me here in Sherman oaks from Dc - we stayed in the house for a whole week and I can say that it was so comfy and made them feel right at home. Brenda and her family is so accommodating before and during our stay - she was always reachable and super helpful with any questions I might had . We had no hassle booking the place and her beautiful home was stocked with everything we needed and more . The backyard was our favorite with a stunning landscape and blooming flowers. The guest hose is a HUGE plus! - The set up is really am A+ . I definitely will be renting from Brenda again in the future no questions asked. Thank you Brenda for everything !

Adorable home!

This adorable house is conveniently located with easy access to the 101 and 405 freeways making the tourists attractions and/or work easy to get to. It's in short walking distance to Target, Fed-Ex Office and several other shops. Most of the home seems to be updated and it's decorated beautifully giving it a warm and comfy vibe. My family of four (2 kids,2 adults) stayed for many weeks and it was more than enough room for us. The owner is a pleasure to deal with, very kind and always available for questions. I would recommend this home to friends and family and hope to stay again soon.

I am a mother of 4 wonderful children and a grandmother of three. I own and operate 3 child development centers in my surrounding community. These centers provide child care services, in addition to early intervention and therapeutic services to children with special needs.

I also have a passion and knack for interior/exterior design. This house has undergone remodes in 2003, 2015 and as recently as early 2019 completely remodeled the kitchen, main bathroom and added recessed lighting and changed all interior doors throughout. It is absolutely gorgeous, if I do say so myself. ;) I live here from time to time when I'm not traveling the globe or staying at one of my other homes. If interested in learning more about them, please let me know. I hope you enjoy my home, as much as I do. :)
