6bdrm Unobstructed Bay Front Views Minutes from the Beach

Bay breezes and spectacular sunset views. Located in Harvey Cedars, this 3000 square foot, 6 bedroom, 3.5 ~ bath bay front home is placed on a 10,000 square foot lot located on a wide cul-de-sac with only a few minutes walk to the beach. The living room, kitchen and 4 of 6 bedrooms have spectacular panoramic views of the bay that will make you feel like you're in the middle of the water. You can enjoy sunset waterfront views directly on an elevated wood deck which wraps around the entire back of the house, or on the lower deck that has 90 feet of direct bay access, which is great for fishing, crabbing, swimming, kayaking or paddle boarding. The bay is especially easy to access for kayaking and paddle boarding by using a large floating dock that can be lowered into the bay. It's also great to sit on or jump off of while it's in the bay.

Stand up paddle board (2), kayaks (6 available which can seat 8 ppl) and beach chairs are available in the house.

Renovations: The kitchen was fully renovated in 2021. New hardwood floors downstairs and carpet upstairs were put in 2021. New custom closets were installed late 2021 and all bathrooms were fully renovated April 2022. A floating dock was installed Nov'20. The house was painted 2022.

Most frequent questions we get:
1. How close we are to the beach? You only have to cross one road. With two toddlers and a double stroller we manage it with a 8 minute walk. I expect most could do it faster. We have a beach buggy to help bring beach gear.
2. Can you can tie up a boat? While we are directly on the bay and have boat cleats that will allow you to tie a boat either to the dock or floating dock, we do not have a boat lift, which unfortunately is required to keep a boat safely overnight directly on the bay to avoid damage (water is too choppy directly on the bay)... so possible to park the boat there for day rentals and to get on and off, but a boat cannot be kept overnight or even during the day if the bay is very choppy.
3. Is there a place to eat outside? We have a lot of seating (outdoor dining table that seats 12, 7 adirondack chairs, love seats and rocker chairs) and bar table.

1. Master Bedroom - 16ft by 16ft with King bed, ensuite bathroom and closet, sweeping views of the bay and direct access to the back deck overlooking the bay

2. Junior bedroom - 11ft by 11ft with full bed, closet, window facing cul-de-sac

1. Master Bedroom - 17.3ft by 12.2ft with King bed, ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet, sweeping views of the bay.

2. Junior Master - 18.3ft by 15.8ft with two singles, ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet, sweeping views of the bay.

3. Bedroom 3 - 16.8ft by 14.10ft with two singles pushed together to form a king, closet, sweeping views of the bay and window facing cul-de-sac

4. Bedroom 4 - 15.10ft by 12.3ft with two singles, closet and window facing cut-de-sac

Cancellation policy:
For 2023: VRBO doesn't allow much flexibility on the site for cancellation so we have indicated a no refund policy, however, we will honor the following cancellation policy as outlined in the short-term lease agreement which we require tenants to sign:
1. If you cancel more than 90 days prior to lease term, forfeit 12.5% of total rental amount.
2. If you cancel more than 45 days but less than 90 days before the lease term, forfeit 25% of total rental amount.
3. If cancel within 45 days prior to the lease term, full amount forfeited.
