On the third floor, there is a full bathroom equipped with a relaxing tub and an additional half bathroom for your convenience just off the living room. All full baths have a hair dryer. The expansive living room, kitchen, and dining area offer a perfect space for entertaining, featuring french doors that open to the balcony with city views beyond. The living area includes a Smart TV, and the chef's kitchen is equipped with all brand new appliances including a gas stove, microwave, toaster, and a French door refrigerator with a pull-out freezer drawer. A very large center island with pots, pans, utensils, and serving ware. Coffee station with Nespresso, French Press, Pour Over and electric kettle.

Full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of booking and at least 28 days before check-in. After that, the first 30 days of the stay are non-refundable.

After booking, you will receive a welcome email containing our terms and conditions, which must be reviewed and accepted prior to check-in.

AMENITIES:
The home is stocked with several additional amenities such as robes, yoga mats, hair dryers, clothing steamers, travel crib, high-end cooking tools, luxury bath towels and soaps, luxury bed linens and pillows more. If any of these items are missing or damaged, you will receive a charge for additional cleaning or replacement. Photo documentation is provided.

You will have full access to the entire house. A keyless entry code will be provided prior to your check-in date.

Stairs: The property has many stairs and is not equipped with baby gates.
No Elevator: There is no elevator in the building, so be prepared for stairs.
