Open Air Paradise

I can't say enough about how wonderful this property is. I have been coming to Vallarta for many years and this is my favorite place! It is stocked perfectly for maximizing function and comfort. The kitchen is a dream, the bathroom/shower is very large, and the bedroom is perfectly furnished. The bed is extremely comfortable and I am picky! The owners are very generous and communicate promptly, so that there is no guessing. Location was perfect, just up the hill enough that there wasn't excessive noise. It is a "trek" to return back when being downtown, but I got used to it really fast. I ended up being grateful for the exercise and conversing with some of the locals on the way up. Don't hesitate to visit this gorgeous home. It comes with my highest recommendation.

Great Place and View!

We would stay here again! The walk down to the ocean is easy and convenient. The walk up is not for the easily light winded. The most wonderful thing about this place is that the balcony doors stayed open all day and night. It has A/C, but it was not required during our stay in January.

Fantastic place Away from the crowds with a amazing view

The apartment was super clean and the air conditioning worked perfect (essential) in summer. The place was the most well equipped place we have ever stayed in a rental, so that was great! The pool was great and the view was even better to enjoy a drink or coffee overlooking the city/ocean. Bed was super comfy and kitchen was spacious too. Laundry and dryer were a bonus as well. Location was very central but quite and away from the crowds. This also meant you had to walk up and down a large hill to access commercial areas and the ocean. Lastly, the owners were very quick to communicate and answer all your questions. The only two things to be aware of I would say is the place may be harder to access for people with mobility issues and there are no blinds installed in the bedroom. All in all, this was a fantastic place and would highly recommend staying should you want to an alternative to a resort.

Great location on top of the hill with a great view of the bay. We enjoyed our short walk to the boardwalk. Very close proximity to everything you may need. The condo was very nice and had all the things we needed.

Beautiful condo and amazing views!

We loved staying at Rob and Julie’s beautiful condo in PV with amazing views of the Bay. The condo is outfitted with all the necessities you will need to enjoy your stay. We stayed for a month and would definitely stay there again. The staff is very friendly and helpful and we felt very safe in the gated complex.

Everything was perfect! The view and the property location was to die for…. You’ll work your legs out every time you walk back but so so so worth it.

Great hosts, fantastic location, beautiful property

The property is beautiful! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The owners are super responsive and offered great recommendations during our visit. The Peruvian restaurant, Puro Peru, nearby was fantastic. We enjoyed watching the owner cook and visiting with him afterward, and the food was amazing! We also enjoyed birria tacos for breakfast during our stay. The stand by Woolworth's was our favorite, but Tacos de Birria Alex was great too. Both are very close to the condo. The pool was quiet, relaxing, and always had loungers available. The condo location is very convenient with short walks to the beach, restaurants, and convenience stores. Being a top floor unit offered great views of the city and ocean, especially at night. We enjoyed making margaritas and sitting on the patio each evening before dinner. Overall it was a great vacation!

Spectacular

There was absolutely nothing that we didn’t like. The VIEW! Clean. Quite. Well stocked with all your essentials. Plus a number of bonus items. Close to everything you’d want. $10 USD Uber from the airport. Can’t say enough about how awesome it is. Julie was available if we had any questions. I would definitely return & recommend it for anyone wanting a great vacation stay.

The View is Spectacular

Upon entering this place, I found the cleanliness and view spectacular. Bathroom and kitchen were so great with subtle hints of class. The owners stayed in touch and welcomed me warmly.

Spectacular view and close to the Malecon

We really enjoyed our stay at Cerro. It was ideally located with just a few blocks away from the Malecon and close to many stores and restaurants. The condo was well-equipped with all the comforts of home. The security and hosts were great, very friendly and helpful.

Sunset Views!

I had a fabulous time in this gorgeous condo. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, the grounds are full of plants and flowers and the condo itself is absolutely perfect. The balcony with the comfortable outdoor furniture and the view was my favorite part, but the whole place was fantastic: the updated kitchen and bathroom, the super comfortable bed, the washer/drier, the location, the ample closet space…not to mention the view from bed! Communication with the hosts was very fast and easy. I can’t wait to come back and visit again!

Winter get away in Puerto Vallarta

This property is a hidden gem. Modern clean amenities in an upscale neighborhood. The view is absolutely amazing and you're conveniently located to everything that Puerto Vallarta has to offer. You can not go wrong with this selection. We highly recommend this condo. The owners are easy to communicate with and are quick to respond. They care about trip and insure your happiness. They provided a restaurant overview of Puerto Vallarta that helped filter out the tremendous amount of choices Puerto Vallarta has to offer. Great thanks to them for all their assistance.

Amazing! Just the right size and very well appointed

Mike and Susie have the ideal home. The view is truly amazing and so close tho great restaurants. They have furnished it with everything anyone could need - kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, even pool towels. We enjoyed our time there; sleeping with the window/doors open was like slapping outside. Even holiday fireworks every night!

The perfect location, view, and serene setting!

This place is a FIND! The condo grounds are gated, private, peaceful and perfectly maintained. Lush gardens and a clean pool. The view from the balcony is stunning and fun to watch fireworks and sunsets. Only a short walk to the malecon and romantic district. This is truly the perfect oasis in the best part of town! So happy to have found this spot and will return soon!

Just like home

We enjoyed five nights here. The condo is very comfortable - good bed, spacious bathroom, good layout, great view . Kitchen has everything you need to cook at home but you are close enough to restaurants if you choose to go out. Location can’t be beat except if you have difficulty with stairs. Ample size pool. Wonderful staff able to answer questions or to arrange a cab. Very enjoyable stay. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Everything you need in a great location!

We had such a great stay we didn't want to leave. The condo has everything you could possibly need. The views are beautiful, the grounds are meticulously maintained and everyone was so friendly. Location couldn't be better. Close to everything. We will definitely be back. Thank you Mike and Susie!

Beautiful, quiet vacation spot!

This is by far our favourite place in the Puerto Vallarta area. The condo is within walking distance to restaurants, convinience stores and a grocery store. There are amazing uninterrupted view of the bay. Don't miss the sunset from the balcony! Also, watching the lightning from the balcony at night was a highlight for us. The pool was clean and not very busy during our stay in early July. The kitchen is fully equipped including some pantry items. Having the option to cover the windows for privacy would have been appreciated. Owners Mike and Susie were very helpful and responded to all our questions very quickly. They really want their guests to enjoy the condo to the fullest! Erika at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. This condo complex is very quiet and relaxing! We can't wait to go back.

Wonderful Oasis in Puerto Vallarta

We had a fabulous time in Puerto Vallarta and loved our condo. The view is incredible! We spotted whales while relaxing on the deck. They have floor to ceiling windows that open to a wonderful breeze. The deck overlooks the pool. We spent a lot of our vacation poolside. It's really a comfortable place with a newly remodeled bathroom. I can't wait to go back!

Beautiful!

The views from your balconies are breathtaking. You can actually watch the whales from your own balcony. And the sunsets....words can not describe the beauty. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a gourmet meal. Bathroom shower is “spa” worthy. Great location, close to Malecon. I’ve stayed their four times and love it. The people at the complex go out of their way to ensure you have an enjoyable experience. Safe and quiet. Can’t wait to go back again!

An Absolute Gem!

This condo far exceeded our expectations! It was set up beautifully with everything a person could want and more. The location & walkability are fantastic. We would get up early every morning and launch out on a new journey, what a city! We’d walk & explore miles every day but always looked forward to getting back to this fab condo to relax, enjoy an icy cold cerveza, some apps and take in the Spectacular View and sunset from the patio! Dinner would be at an amazing restaurant (tons to choose from within a short distance) We can’t wait to get back! Suzanne & Tony M.
