6 Passenger Golf Cart Included!

Recently renovated and furnished! With views of the lake and golf course, this is the perfect vacation condo located in the heart of the Resort right next to the Baytowne Wharf, Marina, Tennis Complex and Jolee Island. Turnberry offers a peaceful setting with lush green common areas, a tropical pool and convenient parking.

There is a 6 passenger Golf Cart included, so spin on over to the sandy white beach! The swimming pool is just a few steps away, and you can easily walk to the Baytowne Wharf for food, entertainment and shopping. This location is superb.

Designed with comfort and relaxation in mind, this first level condo offers an open and airy floor plan. With brand new furnishings and cushy seating, the living area is sunny and inviting. Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to whip up a meal for the group, and there is dining seating for 8. The master bedroom offers a lovely view of the lake, a king bed, and access to the master bathroom. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, and the third bedroom is complete with two twin beds. There are two full bathrooms in additional to the master bath. For your convenience, there is a washer and dryer. Wifi is complimentary.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.

NOTE: The total reservation cost includes the nightly rate, clean fee, damage waiver, transportation fee (for select properties), processing fee and tax. By requesting a quote for this property, you agree to be added to our email subscription list.

Family vacay 2025

Check in was great, place was just as listed and convient to what we wanted. Phyllis the contact person for property was fast efficient and amazing as well. We enjoyed our stay an have been to Destin several times. We will be back.
Turtles from the lake behind the property we fed them daily with fish/turtle food.

Broken Promises

Very dissatisfied!!!! We received a call while en route from a representative saying that the washing machine was broken, but we were promised it would be fixed the very next day. We continued to receive messages saying that the part were not delivered and/or Sandestin would not allow repair people on site. It was one excuse after another. We had to use a laundry mat during beach time and walk through crowds of people carrying wet baskets of clothes during the 4th festivities. Getting quarters and making sure our laundry was safe was an extreme hassle on vacation!!!! Every footstep can be heard in the unit above. We requested assistance with noise control but nothing ever changed. This continued on and on…The master bed was just about the most uncomfortable bed we encountered. After the first night, my husband and I moved from the master into the full size bed. The king bed caused body pain due to its firmness. The pillows were stiff and my sons described them as a “cardboard box.”The golf cart died while we were at the beach, even though there was enough battery life to transport back to condo. The water pressure in the master shower is low. It is difficult to get rinsed off.

Amazing spring break

We had an amazing time in Sandestin and will definitely be back! The house was perfect for our family and having the golf cart to ride around in around the resort was an added bonus! While we were there the next door neighbors were getting work done to the house which was quite loud and we were also not able to utilize the back porch which was a bummer, but at no fault to the owners.

Nice property but experience wasn’t perfect.

Just about everything was nice about the property and we enjoyed our stay, except for one significant problem. Due to construction on the neighboring unit, we dealt with very loud and intrusive noises during work hours for 4 days of our stay. The next door unit has a different owner whom has no association with the property management company, and apparently no communication with or obligation to inform others in the building of their construction plans. So, basically, we were informed it was as much a surprise to the manager as to ourselves. We received modest compensation but would rather have had the peace and quiet. Without the noise, a really nice place in a great location.

The Best Stay In Years

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We so enjoyed our stay at 8508 Turnberry Ct. The house had everything we needed and was very clean which was a huge plus for my wife. We had plenty of room to enjoy being inside on a rainy day. This will be a house we look to stay at in the years to come at San Destin Golf and Beach Resort. The 6 seater golf cart was a huge hit at well.

Family vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was in a great location and was nice and clean. Two things we look for on our family vacations. Downside...2 towels per bathroom so we did laundry often. Washer sounds like it’s going to explode when running so make sure you shut the door. Family upstairs sounded like they were going to come thru the roof til 1-2am every night. Tried calling but was told that our management company doesn’t run the unit so there was nothing they could do about it. Finally make sure you buy dish soap (none provided), toilet paper (1 roll per bathroom was provided), paper towels (1 roll provided), and laundry detergent to do laundry each day.

Great place

We only stayed in this particular condo a few hours as the AC went out. But we were relocated to another home that was fabulous. They were very considerate during our move to another home.

Relaxing Getaway

The overall property was amazing. Walking distance to the Baytowne shops/restaurants, and could use the golf cart for a quick drive to the grocery store, gym, and beach. The unit itself was very nice and great size for the 7 of us. Area was pretty quite minus a little rowdiness from some neighbors, but they were just have a good time. Only complaint is I wish there would have been more toilet paper/trash bags. I will definitely see if this place is available for our next trip to the are.

Family Vacation

The house was in a good location and was well stocked. It was clean but quite a few things were broken or in disrepair (towel bars, shower rod, blinds) just needs a little attention. The property manager was absolutely outstanding. I can’t overstate how kind and responsive she was.

Perfect

We absolutely loved the place! Great location and short distance to the beach and dining/ shops with golf cart. Easy check in - check out procedure. We stayed with our 4 children and the house/ rooms were spacious and the open concept made the living room, dining room, kitchen a great place for entertaining / gathering. Would love to come back!
