The Space:

Welcome to Unit 4, Surfside One – a spacious and modern absolute waterfront apartment perfectly positioned between the pristine waters of Currimundi Lake and the golden sands of Currimundi Beach. Located on the second floor with convenient lift access, this stylish apartment comfortably accommodates up to four guests and has everything you need for a relaxing coastal getaway.



The light-filled open-plan living and dining area opens onto a private balcony where you can soak up the peaceful lake views while enjoying your morning coffee or afternoon drink. The apartment features ducted air conditioning throughout, ensuring year-round comfort no matter the season.



The fully self-contained kitchen is equipped with all the essential appliances, cookware, crockery and utensils you'll need to prepare meals during your stay. Whether you're cooking breakfast before a day at the beach or a family dinner, you'll find everything you need at your fingertips.



A fully equipped internal laundry with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board is also provided, making longer stays comfortable and convenient.



For an added touch of luxury, guests can enjoy access to the complex's private rooftop terrace, located directly above the unit via the internal stairwell. It's the perfect place to relax, enjoy the coastal breeze, or watch the sunset over Currimundi.

Guest Access:

Key collection for your stay is handled via our office in Bulcock Street. If you are arriving outside of office hours or on a weekend or public holiday, you will receive the lockbox code on the day of your arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Surfside One enjoys one of the Sunshine Coast's most sought-after waterfront locations. With Currimundi Lake literally on your doorstep, you can spend your days kayaking, paddleboarding, fishing, or simply relaxing along the calm waters. Just a short walk away is Currimundi Beach, a favourite for families, surfers and swimmers thanks to its patrolled beach and unique lake-to-ocean setting.



Take a leisurely stroll to the nearby cafés for breakfast or coffee, explore the scenic coastal pathways, or venture just a short drive to Moffat Beach, Kings Beach and Caloundra's vibrant shopping and dining precincts.



Getting Around:

Many of Currimundi's best attractions are within easy walking distance, including Currimundi Lake, Currimundi Beach, local cafés and coastal walking tracks. A secure undercover car space is provided should you wish to explore the wider Sunshine Coast, including Caloundra, Mooloolaba and Noosa.

Linen Policy:

For bookings made after September 26, 2025, linen will be supplied; however, guests will still need to make the beds upon arrival.

For bookings made prior to September 26, 2025, guests will need to supply their own linen (sheets, pillowcases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers, and tea towels). Alternatively, linen hire can be arranged for an additional fee.



Wi-Fi: Wi-Fi is not available at this property.



Interaction with Guests:

The host will provide clear instructions for self check-in via a lockbox. While direct interaction during your stay is minimal, the host is available remotely to assist with any questions or issues that may arise.
