Additional sleeping space is available with a Queen sleeper sofa in the living area.

This beautiful condo boasts a rooftop pool with a spacious deck area, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the resort. Tastefully decorated with beachy accents, the condo provides two designated parking spots under the building and secure access for added peace of mind. There is an elevator, which will make your unpacking and condo access easier. Rentals are available for full weeks only, from Saturday to Saturday in season and any seven nights off-season.. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and Italian marble tile flooring, making meal preparation a delight. A full-size washer and dryer are also available for added convenience. Entertainment is well-covered with four streaming TVs throughout the condo. A storage locker is also available for your beach gear, making trips to the ocean a breeze.

Guest must supply sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets including pillow cases for each bed, and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. The unit has comforters/bedspreads and pillows for your use.
