Cool Breeze boasts a beautiful contemporary floor plan with open concept entertaining area. 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, providing ample room for up to 6 guests.
The contemporary design and stylish decor create a relaxing atmosphere. Fully equipped European Kitchen with Drip Coffee Maker, Gas Stove, Dishwasher, and Stainless-Steel Appliances. Dining Table - Seats 6. including a Breakfast bar. Equipped with a Washer & Dryer.
Covered front porch faces South canals & Galveston State Park. Outdoor dining, Charcoal Grill and Outdoor Refrigerator available.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House on a canal, easy access for fishing. Nothing fancy, but it was clean and good location on the canal. They need to put outlet covers on all the outlets as they were exposed. For the price, we have stayed at nicer homes in Jamaica Beach.

Overall cute property but when telling management about kayaks literally " sinking " and having to be rescued by the friendly neighbors, apparently this has happened before and owner has done nothing about it.

We love cool breeze

We have stayed at cool breeze for 3 years and we love it. The only thing we wish it would have is a green light in the water.

Great weekend get away

Property was clean and just as expected. We had everything we needed. Would recommend the owners replace the upstairs and downstairs patio furniture. Also put some pavers from the deck to the concrete near the dock so people don’t keep tracking mud in their boat. Other than that everything was great!

Highly Recommend

Perfect house for a family of 4. We love Jamaica Beach and have stayed in this area many times. This property was just what we needed for the week. Clean, great updates and comfy. Kitchen has just the basics, but we planned on eating dinner out, so it had what we needed for breakfast / lunch. Short drive to beach, loved the canal location. Only really minor suggestion overall would be to add a swim ladder & fish light to the owners, but we managed to catch tons of fish and get in/out of the canal. Get the live shrimp at the local bait shop! Was refreshing to work with local rental company and face to face! Definitely would stay there again.

Great get away!

The property was very clean and enjoyable and served its purpose for us, the management company people were amazing, however there are a few issues, the rug in the living area is not kid friendly everyone kept slipping on it. The floor transitions were also not very friendly we all kept stumping toes. The bed in the master needs a rug under it, it would roll every time we got in or out of bed. The deck also not kid friendly there are nails sticking up, the part about this that is bothersome is the fact that this was also in other reviews and it is still not fixed. I would suggest fixing this before someone gets hurt. The furniture on the deck not user friendly. Also the tv, it would have been nice to know what channels are free, we spent a lot of time trying to find kids show, maybe a short guide. There were a few other things I don't want to put on here, but if you want to know these things you can send me an email.

It was close to everything we were doing in Galveston, but relaxing and out of the busy part of town. The property management was very helpful the few times we needed anything. The only thing that could have been better were maybe add a few bowls. The extra linens and blankets for the foldout were stained/dirty, but there is a washer and dryer.

Cute house at the canal

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is cute and in the perfect location with amazing views! My favorite part of the house is the covered balcony at the front of the house where there is an amazing “cool breeze” any time of the day. I found everything I needed in the kitchen. The house was clean and the management act fast of you have issues. The negative aspects: found dirt spots at the curtains in the living room and covers at the master bedroom, the dining table at the balcony on second floor is broken and useless and that balcony need some maintenance because you can hurt your feet if barefoot also the hailing is kind of loose (not danger yet, but beed to be checked). Back to the positve aspects, the house offers kayaks and it was fun to have access to the water so easily. My kids woke up and went to fish or for a kayaking “expedition”. Neighbors were very nice. It is a nice house. We had fun!
