Well Kept, Dog Friendly, Spacious, One Story Villa, with 2 FREE Adult Bikes!

Reserve our dog friendly, spacious Queens Grant villa, located in Palmetto Dunes. Centrally located on the island, Palmetto Dunes has some of the nicest beaches on the island, and offers restaurants, shopping, golf, pickleball, and tennis. The beach is an easy ½ mile bike ride; or hop on the FREE Palmetto “Dune's Buggy” shuttle which runs April – September. The shuttle will pick you up at our front door and transport you not only to the beach, but anywhere inside Palmetto Dunes and Shelter Cove, including the marina, restaurants, shopping, and the market for groceries. Easy and convenient.

We have 2 FREE Adult Beach Cruisers for your use.

Our villa is tastefully decorated, includes a 65” Smart TV, free WIFI, and all of our furniture is clean and comfortable. We have also included board games and puzzles.

The kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances as well as a front load washer and dryer. It's well equipped with plenty of dishes, pots, pans, and all of the cooking utensils you need.

The luxurious master bedroom features a king size Tempur-Pedic mattress, and a wall mounted flat screen TV. Access from the master to the over-sized deck, showcases a large oak tree.

The deck overlooks a lagoon which hosts a variety of wildlife, including turtles, various bird species, and usually an alligator or two. The deck also features a gas grill, dining table, and plenty of seating.

The second bedroom provides one queen bed, one twin bed and also has a wall mounted flat screen TV. Our villa has the capacity to sleep 5.

Upgrades to the bathroom include a custom tile shower with a "rain" shower head.

An outside shower is located in the service area to wash off those sandy feet.

There are 5 pools located inside Queens Grant, and you are free to use any of them.

Shelter Cove, which is a short bike ride from Palmetto Dunes, features a marina with boat charters and watersport activities along with shopping and restaurants. It also hosts HarbourFest from June through August, a family friendly weekly celebration, with music and other entertainment, including fireworks on Tuesdays, and admission is free.

This property is extremely well equipped and everything is perfect for a relaxing vacation in beautiful Hilton Head. The condo is in a great location central to the whole island - a few minutes to the shops at Wexford or the Coligny Plaza. The bed is very comfortable- 5 stars! Kitchen is nice and has everything you would need. Great deck overlooks a beautiful pond with a fountain. Best part of it for me was that it’s a dog friendly unit, actually the whole island is very dog friendly. The unit was spotless ! Thank you very much for sharing your beautiful condo with me! I will definitely rent here again!

Great place to stay! 10 min walk to the beach, 5 min walk to the general store, we enjoyed riding the free cruiser bikes down the beach and around the neighborhood. The whole area is very quiet, safe, well kept, and peaceful. We loved sitting out on the back deck looking out to the pond. Our dog felt right at home too! We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The owners were great too- we had trouble getting into the house at first, and the owners had fixed it within 10 minutes! The house very clean and homey feeling. We stayed for a week and the only negative thing I can say was there was only 1 trash bag, 1 toilet paper roll, 1 paper towel roll, 3 laundry pods, 3 dishwasher pods. As someone who does laundry daily we ran out quick and had to go to the store for all the basics we thought a rental should have supplied when a guest is staying for 7 nights. Nonetheless the property was great for us and we would likely stay here again if we ever return to Hilton head island! Just wish we would’ve had a heads up on the supplies so we could have stocked up before arriving.

Our stay at this beautiful pet-friendly villa could not have been more perfect. You can tell when entering how much care, love, and detail has gone into making sure all guests are having all their needs met. From the well-stocked kitchen, cleanliness, comfortable beds and furniture to the amazing shaded large deck, our stay was a 10/10. Would definitely stay here again, and the owners are extremely responsive. Excellent Palmetto Dunes location, close to beach, restaurants and walking/biking trails. Excellent!

Great Condo with a View

Condo was furnished perfectly. Decor was perfect for a coastal vibe. Outdoor deck was completely shaded by a Live Oak with Spanish Moss, which is exactly what you want when visiting the Low Country. View of the pond and wildlife was nice and the pool was very close. Will book again.

We absolutely loved this condo! It was the best stay in Hilton Head we’ve had. The kitchen was well stocked, plenty of room everything you need at your finger tips. Washer and dryer always a plus, games to play and the best patio/deck in Queens Grant with a huge tree that shades the whole deck. Our Great Dane Benson and our handicapped son loved hanging out on the deck, it overlooks a pond with a waterfall so peaceful to sit out there and have your morning coffee and breakfast. Very Nice Condo for 2 and a pet. Clean with all of the conveniences needed. Would stay here again. Sitting on the deck was very relaxing. Always was in the shade. A nice easy bike ride to the beach. Pool was next door to the condo.

Really nice villa

Stayed here for the first time, with our 2 small dogs. Had some difficulty opening the front door with the provided code, but called the owner and problem was quickly solved. The villa is beautiful, beachy, and spacious. Kitchen is very well stocked, and we did cook some dinners there. The bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable, and the bathroom was perfect. Best part is the beautiful deck, and the railing and gate made it a great place to enjoy with our dogs. The only issue we had is the fault of Mother Nature, not the owners. It's apparently the seasonal invasion of caterpillars on the live oaks, and they were attracted to my husband, constantly falling and crawling on him. Turns out he's extremely sensitive to their secretions, and ended up needing a steroid shot and Rx for his rash and welts. So, no more visits in April, but we will return!! Overall, a very good stay.

Loved every bit of this place! Beautiful and comfortable. Fully stocked kitchen was helpful. Kids loved the pool. We did walk around to find our favorite pool as there is more than one available to use. Loved that they provided two adult bikes. We only needed to rent bikes for the kids. Great place to stay!!!!

Very dark inside and they have a lock on thermostat so can not heat up unit in cold weather. Bike’s could use a tune up. Nicely designed and furniture is great.

Another Fabulous Stay

This was our 3rd time staying at Gary and Denise's Villa and it was by far, our best. There were some new upgrades, most notably the new furniture in the living room and remodeled bathroom. This really brightened up the villa. The location and close proximity to the beach and shops is unmatched. We definitely recommend this villa to anyone, especially if you're traveling with dogs.

Perfect Dog Friendly Vacation

Everything was wonderful, the condo was clean and comfortable! Perfect place for me, my husband, daughter and our golden retriever! The beach is not too far, we walked a few times giving our dog a chance to explore. It’s a mostly shaded walk, would be an easy bike ride too. We slept great, enjoyed movie nights from the comfy couch, and the kitchen was well equipped for fixing several meals at the condo. The pictures are a great representation of the unit, it is clean, updated, quality furniture, and a beautiful deck viewing the lagoon! Owner was wonderful with communication, a trash pickup had not happened for our area prior to arrival as well as the start of the week and he was very proactive in handling the situation. He reached out to us asking about it and trying to get it resolved. Had we had any concerns I have no doubt they would have been handled. The comment that this was the best beach vacation and nicest condo was said several times throughout the week! We have had other great experiences in Palmetto Dunes and even Queens Grant, but this Condo stands out as being perfect for our family! We finally found our favorite place! We are already talking about booking it for next summer!

Wonderful place!

This was our fourth time and we will be back next year! The villa is nicely decorated with comfortable furniture and everything we would need in the kitchen. The location is perfect and we walked our dog to the beach most mornings. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and relaxing when we weren't playing pickleball or golfing!

Oh that deck!

This is a great condo for dog friendly people! Right outside the front deck are people walking their dogs, bike riders, and lots of other action! There is an amazing live oak tree right in the middle of the deck and it provides tons of shade! It over looks a lovely lagoon that is home to many turtles, 2 ducks, birds, and an occasional alligator! The inside is cozy and clean and met all of our needs. We had a great stay here, and really enjoyed the whole community!

Our villa features a large, open floor plan, with tile floors throughout. The oversized, gated deck, which overlooks the lagoon, is shaded by a large oak tree and is perfect for relaxing at the end of a busy day, or enjoying your morning cup of coffee.
As "hands-on" owners, we personally manage our property to give you personal service. When you have a question or issue, you can call us directly, at any time, and we will do everything in our power to resolve the issue. We do not use an outside management company, as most people do. Please check our reviews, they speak for themselves.
