Come get away from the hustle and bustle and take in the peaceful country vibes of Cottonwood Cottage. Nearly 2700 sq. ft., 4 bedroom (4th bedroom shared in laundry room), 2.5 bath, two-story home surrounded by open pastures with grazing cattle. Sip lemonade in rocking chairs on the front porch or enjoy wine by the fire and watch the sunset from the back patio.

If you’re a morning person, watch the sunrise from the kitchen table while hummingbirds feed nearby.

You will have entire home to yourself. Maintenance may be onsite during your stay and will not interfere with your enjoyment or privacy of the property. Please contact us with any concerns.

Cottonwood Cottage is minutes away from downtown Cottonwood, wineries, Sedona, Flagstaff, Jerome and the Verde River. The possibilities for your stay are endless!

Perfect location for a wine tasting trip

This wonderful house is set in a quiet rural neighborhood ideally situated between the tasting rooms of Clarkdale, Jerome, and Cottonwood with the tasting rooms in Cornville. It's a half hour drive to Sedona.

Would return back for another vacation

The house was so beautifully decorated, loved the backyard with the apple tree (yummy apples), fireplace. The house had everything to keep kids engaged from games to movies. We just loved the beautiful neighborhood. Hiking trails were close by and enjoyed the mountain view. We would love to go back for another vacation.

Wonderful stay at Cottonwood Cottage

My book club had such a wonderful, relaxing, fun time staying in this home. From conversations around the fire pit or rocking chairs on the porch, we felt so at home and relaxed:) We also enjoyed an evening cooking in the gourmet kitchen together. When I had a question for the host, I was responded to immediately. I can’t recommend this beautiful jewel in quaint Cottonwood enough!!

"My twin boys, my wife, and I stumbled upon this hidden gem at the end of a winding road, surrounded by breathtaking scenery. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a charming herd of cows, adding a touch of rustic charm to our stay. Reconnecting with my boys and my wife in such a serene setting was priceless – we spent our days exploring, laughing, and immersing ourselves in the beauty of nature. It's a place where time slows down, allowing us to truly bond as a family. Needless to say, we'll be back for more unforgettable adventures!"

Home sweet home away from home

This property was amazing, and the hosts were terrific. First, my communication with the hosts was fast and friendly. I had a few questions and they got back to me within minutes, not hours or days. Wow, actual custom service!! Second, the house and property were more than advertised. The house has everything you might need for you and your family to enjoy. We stayed over Thanksgiving and the kitchen and appliances were top notch and helped us prepare a great meal for our extended family. Super comfy beds and plenty of different rooms to choose from. The property is in a great location, close to the city yet it feels like you're way out in the country. It's setup well for yard games, and it was really fun to wake up to cows in the morning. My family and I enjoyed this property a lot and we'll be back in the future.

Gorgeous house perfectly situated

The pictures almost don't do the property justice, and the pictures are gorgeous! I feel so lucky to have found Cottonwood Cottage. This was for sure the best rental, best location for us. After a short drive up to Cottonwood we were perfectly placed for day trips to Jerome, Prescott, Sedona and Flagstaff. Problem was, I never wanted to leave the house! The two story house, is beautifully appointed with comfy furniture, and windows everywhere looking out onto lush green grass with cows grazing all day long. Upstairs, window seats perfect for afternoon reading. Also loved the TV room with its gigantic screen, perfect for movies. The entire street is lined with beautiful trees, lush lawns and quiet neighbors. And when we had a question, the owners were immediately responsive. We've been traveling once and twice a year for a couple decades now and I can easily say that Cottonwood Cottage was the most restful, spacious, delightful house we've ever rented. I hope we're lucky enough to come back one day. Really want to thank the owners for providing such a beautiful, well-stocked, clean house for our vacation. We stayed for two weeks, would have loved to stay for two more weeks.

Adorable Cottonwood Home!

The home itself is beautiful, and in a great location! Quiet neighborhood, and lovely views. We especially loved seeing all the cows 🙂 The host is communicative, and very friendly. Overall, the house worked perfectly for our larger group. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Family loved the Farmhouse vibe!

From the time the house came into view the family loved the farmhouse feel. The inside was clean and fresh and met every expectation we had. The location was great to downtown and the surrounding area. We will stay again.

Serene Ranch Setting

Good for your soul! Rest and relaxation with the ducks, geese, owl and cattle! Just a hop, skip and jump up to all thing Sedona and then a beautiful get away from the hustle and bustle to evenings on the lighted back porch! Awe! Loved it!

Beautiful home in Cottonwood

Great home with tons of room, a great porch and very nice yard in a perfect spot in Cottonwood. Quiet neighborhood and an excellent book selection. Loved the furniture and the beautiful kitchen. Entire house was nicely buildt and owners were very accommodating.

Fantastic location and great hosts!

This property was in a wonderful location close to everything you would need. Our family and I had an awesome time at the house where we cooked large meals in the very impressive kitchen, and watched the cattle outside graze the adjacent properties. The hosts Deborah and Tony were super responsive and went above and beyond to help us retrieve an item that was left at the property after we had left. We highly recommend this property and would definitely stay again.

Feels like home

We wanted to explore Sedona's red rocks, do some shopping, and relax for family vacation and this property was a perfect fit for us. It has a country feel but is only a few minutes from the grocery store and town. Plenty of room to spread out, throw a baseball, read a book, take a walk, or play a board game as a family. It is a short drive to Sedona but we didn't mind being away from all the traffic. It was nice to be able to come home to a quiet neighborhood with a country setting. The host was great, the place was clean, and it had everything we could want. My only suggestion for improvement would be an upgrade to the dinnerware, have more kitchen supplies, and post better instructions on accessing and using the home. Overall we highly recommend this property and enjoyed our stay!

We are Arizona natives that fell in love with Cottonwood and all it’s surrounding areas last year. We came across this beautiful property and made an offer that didn’t get accepted. We were heartbroken and didn’t want any other place - we felt like Cottonwood Cottage was meant to be ours.

Much to our excitement that offer fell through and the property was once again available. We tried and became the proud owners of Cottonwood Cottage!

We are first time vacation rental owners so please feel free to share any feedback that will make us, and others’ stays better. Over time, we plan to continue to enhance the property but we think it’s pretty magical just the way it is.
