Bootlegger's Loft / Luxury 2 Bedroom, 2 Full Bathroom Condo

This Luxury Double King, amazingly spacious 2 bedroom, 2 full baths, 1,350 sq. ft condo is equipped with every modern comfort including an infrared fireplace. This condo features floor to ceiling sliding glass doors and windows with 12 ft ceilings to let natural light pour in. The spacious, comfortable living room with ample seating has a 75 inch flat screen Smart TV. The main bedroom is furnished with an adjustable King bed, high-end plush mattress with top-of-the-line cotton linens. The large walk-in closet also provides everything you need including office space (it's that big). The main bath features double sinks, granite countertops, and a large walk-in tile shower. The second bedroom is suited with the same plush high-end King mattress and top-of -the -line cotton linens. The second bathroom also has a large walk-in tile shower. Both bathrooms have hand-held shower heads for convenient bathing. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to be right at home. A KEURIG coffee maker and pour over coffee maker as well as a 10 cup Mr. Coffee are provided along with coffee and tea. Enjoy peaceful mornings on the private front patio, even sip your coffee in your pj’s.
Every room is equipped with European AC/Heat mini splits and large ceiling fans to individually control the temperature of each room. This condo has its own washer and dryer for guest use and we strive to use organic, chemical free soap and cleaning products in the kitchen and bathroom.

Fun Fact: Did you know that during the prohibition era, Old Town Cottonwood was Arizona’s bootleg capital. Experience Old Town’s colorful history by staying on the same street that once survived with an industrious bootlegging commerce and underground tunnels. Hence the name... Bootlegger's Loft

Need more room? Book our MAIN STREET LOFT as well. This is our spacious one bedroom, 1,100 sq ft upstairs condo. With both condos, we can accommodate 6 guests max.

Please note: Our Bootlegger's Loft is designed for 4 guest only and no pets.

We allow children BUT please note that our condo is not child-proof. It would be up to the parents to maintain safety for their children and provide any necessary equipment they would need.
