There are six spacious and modern bedrooms, as well as five newly renovated bathrooms in this large home. Five of the bedrooms have king beds, and the sixth has a queen. Each room has water views, ceiling fans and plush carpet.

With several living areas, an open-plan layout and large pool, this home is ideal for larger families, or groups.

A fully-equipped kitchen makes self-catering a breeze.

Pool.
This home has a large pool on the lower level, for your exclusive use.

This stunning home offers all the comforts and conveniences you need for a memorable holiday, including vaulted ceilings, Starlink internet, air-conditioning, ceiling fans throughout, and two ovens, washing machines and dryers. This property includes a selection of 50ml Aesop products (1 x Shampoo, 1 x Conditioner, 1 x Body Cleanser, and 1 x Body Balm) provided in all bathrooms.

Buggy.
This property includes 2 x 4 seater golf buggy. Authorized drivers must be a minimum age of 21 years old and hold a current drivers license to drive the vehicle. Infant/child restraints available upon arrival at an additional cost, it is required for 0-4years to be restrained in the buggy.

Kids Stay and Eat Free
Children 12 years and under can enjoy free meals for the duration of your stay when dining with a parent at Pool Terrace and ordering from the kids’ menu. Participating restaurants may be subject to change.

Complimentary non-motorised watersports
Any time during your stay, you can head down to Catseye Beach and make full use of any of the non-motorised watersports equipment

Smoking.
Please be advised that all Hamilton Island Holiday Homes are smoke free. Smoking is not permitted in properties or on balconies. Smoking in properties can attract a cleaning fee of $500.
