Family-friendly.
This large home has all the facilities a family needs for a luxurious getaway. As all the bedrooms have their own private bathrooms, this home would also suit groups.

Outdoor space.
The house has a vast outdoor entertaining area with sun lounges, huge BBQ, and seating for eight people.

Kitchen.
A fully-equipped kitchen makes self catering a breeze.

Rooms.
The huge bedrooms all feature large balconies, quality bedding, air-conditioning and private bathroom facilities. The master has a king bed, and the second and third bedrooms each have a split king bed as well as a queen sofa bed. This property includes a selection of 50ml Aesop products (1 x Shampoo, 1 x Conditioner, 1 x Body Cleanser, and 1 x Body Balm) provided in all bathrooms.

Pool.
Take a dip in your private, undercover plunge pool and enjoy the peace and tranquillity of having your own space. The pool also has an outdoor shower.

Location.
This home is just a short buggy ride to all the restaurants and cafes on Front Street, as well as to the Hamilton Island Marina.

Extra beds.
Both the second and third bedrooms have a queen sofa bed (ideal for children).

Buggy.
This property includes 2 x 4 seater golf buggy. Authorized drivers must be a minimum age of 21 years old and hold a current drivers license to drive the vehicle. Infant/child restraints available upon arrival at an additional cost, it is required for 0-4years to be restrained in the buggy.

Kids Stay and Eat Free
Children 12 years and under can enjoy free meals for the duration of your stay when dining with a parent and ordering from the kids’ menu. Participating restaurants apply and may be subject to change. Terms and Conditions apply

Complimentary non-motorised watersports
Any time during your stay, you can head down to Catseye Beach and make full use of any of the non-motorised watersports equipment

Smoking.
Please be advised that all Hamilton Island Holiday Homes are smoke free. Smoking is not permitted in properties or on balconies. Smoking in properties can attract a cleaning fee of $500.
