Guests enjoy a large deck, screened-in porch, and easy access to nearby vineyards, farm stands, beaches, and nature preserves.



The Space:

The home offers a relaxed coastal setting with water views, a large outdoor deck, and a screened-in porch. Beach chairs are provided, and large windows throughout the home bring in natural light and cooling sea breezes. A gas grill and outdoor seating make it easy to enjoy time outside.



This 2-bedroom home sleeps up to four guests and includes two queen beds.

Seasonal Availability of Outdoor Amenities

Please note that all outdoor amenities, including patio furniture, grills, and other exterior equipment, are typically stored away between Columbus Day and Memorial Day. If you have specific questions regarding these amenities, feel free to reach out to us for more information.



IMPORTANT NOTES:

- The primary renter must be at least 25 years old.

- There is a standard pet fee of $200 per pet, per stay. An additional $100 may apply for dogs that shed excessively.

- For stays over 21 days, please note that any extra utility costs beyond the initial charged amount are the guest's responsibility.

- For reservations of 29 nights or more, a refundable deposit will be collected prior to arrival. Our Team will reach out for further details upon booking.

A car is recommended for exploring the North Fork. The home is easily accessible by car, with ferry and train service available via nearby towns.



Other Things to Note:

Cancellation Policy

- Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%.

- Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.



Guest Insurance

Please note, as a part of booking we secure insurance for your stay and will require you to sign a Guest Rental Agreement. This insurance is meant to cover any incidental damages to the property that may occur during your stay and does not cover any issues with your trip related to cancellation due to illness or other reasons. We understand that things happen by mistake or accident from time to time, and we ask that you let us know when it happens. You’re covered with us - we’re invested in you having a worry-free stay!
