Perfect!! Easy entrance, rooms clean and roomy, tv’s easy to use, everything worked perfectly. Enjoyed nice relaxing yard. Basement had games for kids, laundry was great. Walked to beach. We had a great time.

We had a really enjoyable stay! The location is great. Tucked away in a small community on the sound but still close to grocery stores and other things you need (and very close to family for us). It was very peaceful and quiet. The beach was a short walk away and there was a beach wagon and toys for the kids. The ocean was a manageable 40 minute drive as well. This place was a little lighter on amenities compared to other places we've stayed (ex. Kitchen staples like oil and vinegar, salt, some kitchen basics like a cutting board) but they did have other items that made it worth it for our family like a pack and play crib.

Family baseball tournament long weekend

Absolutely adorable house! Spotlessly clean and spacious. Well equipped kitchen, private outdoor sitting area with picnic table and grill. We enjoyed the long holiday weekend with our adult children and grandchildren. The house was spacious, clean, and so comfortable. I definitely recommend and look forward to returning.

Nice location

A wonderful location for our girls’ weekend. The home was clean and spacious. We went to wineries and farm stands, played some mini golf and enjoyed some local restaurants, as well as hanging out at the house and playing games.

good house

This would be a great house in the summer with access to a beach. We were in December so we did drive down and look but it was too cold to enjoy it. It is on a corner lot and cars come into road with headlights straight at house. We did not have a problem as it was really quiet, not sure how it would be in summer. Very spacious house with large bedrooms. Nice master bathroom. Hallway bathroom was decent size- step in tub but lower than normal tub. Half bath is in cellar. Back queen bed uncomfortable- spring bed with cushioned mattress cover. Even with foam I always bring was not enough. Parking is tight- we only had one car but when my sister and brother came (we were meeting up there to go to cidery) we had 1 car on grass in front (per owners instructions and he left a parking pass) but that made a tight squeeze when garbage truck came. Long process for rental on VRBO- need to send copy of license, then he sends a 5 page lease agreement. You have to sign each page and return, then he gives you instructions for the house-never had to do this on VRBO before. Heat is on quite low when you arrive- took a while to warm up. Kitchen had what we needed. Plenty of towels, handsoap, paper towels. Ony one role of toilet paper in each bathroom which lasted fine for our 3 days

Wonderful Property and Location

This place was perfect for the five of us. It is very spacious and clean plus there was plenty for us to do in the surrounding area. We highly recommend it.

Perfect location

Communication with owner was excellent. Description was exactly as advertised. Beds comfortable. House was roomy, clean and decorated very cute. Everything you could need was in the kitchen. Beautiful neighborhood, nice short walk to the beach. Farm stands nearby, larger stores a quick drive away. Basement had a great spot for spot for hanging out. It was an awesome stay.

Beach House Par Excellence

Warm, inviting, family Beach house. Expertly renovated to be easy-to-clean; Has well-appointed common areas to gather; and is the perfect combination of sunny, spacious, and sturdy. Near the beach - within walking distance. Property managers are welcoming, experienced and thorough at providing the many complex aspects of an enjoyable stay. It was a dream weekend. Several times, the adults in the group turned to each other, and said, "I can't believe Cori & Steve thought of THIS." Brilliant choice points. Much Gratitude.

Great location and communication!

Lovely home in a great location. Near its own beach but also not far from others and so close to the North Fork wineries. Very, very clean and plenty spacious for our group! Tons of farm stands nearby for produce and lots of restaurants within short driving distance. Cori was wonderful with communication, which we only barely needed. The bottom twin mattress was a little uncomfortable but otherwise we absolutely loved our stay! We absolutely recommend this place and hope to visit again in the future!

Perfect for two friends

An oasis of peace, tucked in the woods, birds singing and even a resident rabbit on the front lawn! Immaculate house with every amenities, not too far from restaurants, farm stands and also big stores on route 58. We had a great stay at Cori and Steve’s place!

I can’t say enough good things about this house ! Perfect location - witch just a 2 minutes walk to the beach and a 5 minutes drive to the town, shopping and other nearby attractions. Private backyard was super relaxing. House itself was stacked with everything we needed for a week there. We are very happy with our stay, thank you!

Wonderful week!

This was our third year renting this home and we continue to enjoy our stay. The home is clean and well managed with great amenities that are perfect for our family. Questions are always answered quickly. We love this Reeves Park gem.

We were so excited to find this gem of a house in such a great beach community with the nicest of families. We have put so much into personalizing this house and making it a great place to come to unwind and enjoy all the wonderful things the North Fork has to offer.
