Welcome to 'SandNSea'

A perfect retreat to create cherished memories with family and friends.

Our spacious property is designed with comfort in mind, featuring ducted air-conditioning throughout. The main living area and master bedroom share the same temperature setting, while other rooms have individual controls (please keep the temperature at 25°C).

Whether you fancy a friendly game of pool, a trip to the beach with children and pets, or simply soaking in the tranquil atmosphere of Burrum Heads, there's something here for everyone to enjoy. Enjoy a stroll to the shops, where you will find a butcher, baker, no candle stick maker, but a well stocked Food works supermarket. If you prefer to have a night off cooking there are the options to visit the Burrum Heads Tavern or the Burrum heads bowls club whom both offer a free courtesy bus, or pop to The Taste of Burrum for some fish and chips.

Accommodation Highlights
Bedroom 1 (Master): Queen bed, TV, built-in robe, drawers, Ceiling fan, and ensuite with a bathtub, shower, and toilet.

Bedroom 2: Two single beds, built-in robe, and drawers, ceiling fan.

Bedroom 3: Queen bed, built-in robe, and drawers, ceiling fan

Bedroom 4: Queen bed, built-in robe, drawers, plus a TV and video player, ceiling fan

Rumpus Room: Two bean bags, two click-clack beds, and a work desk.

Facilities
Laundry: Front-load washing machine; the dryer is conveniently located in the garage.

Second Bathroom: Shower, sink, and separate toilet located off the laundry.

Entertainment: A selection of board games and books are available in the bookcase.

Outdoor Living: A dedicated bar area with stools, a pool table, a Weber family-sized BBQ, a sink with running water, and a bar fridge to ensure your gatherings are delightful. 8 Seater Outdoor dining setting.

Parking
Garage space for up to 3 cars.

Ample parking in the driveway, which can accommodate additional cars and boats.

Pet Policy
We welcome outdoor pets, and for smaller non-shedding dogs, indoor accommodation may be possible upon prior approval. Pets are not permitted on furniture or in carpeted rooms. For convenience, there is a blower in the linen cupboard to handle excessive pet hair.

Additional Features
The lounge room features a Smart TV with free Wi-Fi access, allowing you to connect to your favourite streaming platforms.

Please take a moment to wipe out the freezer if you use it during your stay.

Departure Checklist
Please see the below details when departing SandNSea.
• Please ensure that the BBQ is cleaned and the oil tray has been emptied, failure to do so may result in further cleaning charges.
• Empty the dishwasher of all dishes and have them put away.
• Empty the rubbish bin into the large green bins outside and place those on the nature strip for council collection.
• Please check all cupboards and drawers for any personal belongings.
• If you had pets stay with you, please clean up any dog bones or poop and bin them accordingly.
• All towels can be placed in the laundry; we will strip the beds.
• Wipe out the fridge and freezers.
• Put your vehicle in the driveway and then use the remote to close the garage, before putting the remote back inside and the house key in the lock box.
• Ensure all doors are locked and the air conditioning is turned off.
• Place TV remotes back to where they were on your arrival.
• Fan remotes to be placed back in the holders near the sliding door.
