As soon as you pull into the driveway you will be so happy you selected this wonderful home! The pool area is so inviting, well-appointed with a variety of loungers, front-gate-style furniture and a table/umbrella that seats 4 all set in a lush green landscaped setting, with a pavered-decking.

As you enter the home, you are greeted with an open living room and a wall of sliding glass doors that lead out to the new screened porch and offers views of the golf course. The living room provides plenty of seating for family move night, including 70" SMART TV. The wooden bar that is in between the kitchen and living area is a striking piece and is a very functional piece as well. It can seat 5 with the bar stools. There is also a stunning, over-sized quartz island in the middle of the kitchen that seats 4. The kitchen is updated, completed with a sky light to bring in the natural sunlight, all stainless appliances and even includes 2 wine coolers, one for red and one for white, with their own temp settings.

At the very end of the kitchen is a den/office/5th bedroom with queen murphy bed, 42"SMART TV and can be closed off with the pocket door. The perfect space to get some office work done while away from home or for a child to have some privacy while tending to virtual/home schooling needs. There is also a full bath with a shower only off of the hallway that can be used with this bedroom area.

The master bedroom is down the hall to the right off the foyer. This bedroom offers a king bed, two armchairs, desk, sliding glass doors out to a deck overlooking the golf course and 43" SMART TV. The private bathroom offers tiled floors, double vanity and large walk-in shower.

Two other guest rooms are also located off this hallway. The first is the perfect kids room featuring two sets of twin bunk beds, 32" SMART TV and private bathroom with shower/tub combo. The next room is a large king bedroom with 43" SMART TV, windows looking out onto the pool area and access to a hall bathroom with shower/tub combo.

The last guest room is located off the living room. This room has a queen bed, 42" SMART TV, and sliding doors out to a private back deck. The ensuite guest bathroom offers a single vanity and walk-in shower.
