When booked as a whole, guests have exclusive access to all three homes and the thoughtful amenities spread throughout the grounds, including private hot tubs, a cowboy pool, a sauna, fire features, and enchanting outdoor spaces for gathering, relaxing, and reconnecting.

Bodega House
This spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home blends rustic elegance with modern comfort and feels like it was plucked from the colorful streets of San Miguel de Allende. The primary bedroom features a plush king-sized bed, carved armoire, and private access to a stone patio—perfect for morning coffee or stargazing by night. Three additional bedrooms include two with queen beds and a fun bunk room outfitted with custom twin-over-twin bunks, a reading nook, and a workspace. Both bathrooms offer walk-in, zero-threshold showers and custom vanities that marry stainless steel with reclaimed wood and Talavera sinks.

The open-concept kitchen, dining, and great room is the heart of the home, with space to cook, gather, and relax. An adjacent sitting room boasts a large book collection and intriguing artifacts to spark conversation. Outdoors, enjoy a private heated cowboy pool, an enclosed meditation garden, multiple patios, and both covered and open-air dining spaces. Rock House
Rock House is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom gem with warm stone accents, antique charm, and a peaceful energy that makes it the perfect place to unwind. The great room features a mix of rustic rock walls and elegant wood floors, anchored by a decorative stone fireplace and multiple seating areas with plush sofas and armchairs. The galley-style kitchen offers modern amenities framed by beautiful stone countertops and flows into a dining area that seats six. Each bedroom features a queen-sized bed, with the primary room also offering a club chair and ottoman for relaxing with a book.
