With 3 spacious bedrooms (including a bunk room perfect for kids or groups) and sleeping capacity for up to 12 guests, this home is designed for comfort and connection.



Step outside to your private resort-style pool, bordered by sun loungers and a stylish alfresco dining area that overlooks the water. - Guests are required to fill out the verification form, supply their ID and a security deposit at least 24hrs before the check in

- Please do not book on behalf of other people.

- Companies are welcome but must book under the traveler's names.



Guest Verification & Damage Deposit

-Before your stay, guests are required to complete an ID verification and pay a damage deposit of 500AUD through our secure external system, "Safeguest".

-Please note that only physical IDs (such as driver's license or passport) are accepted - digital IDs are not valid.

-Damage deposit is fully refundable after check out, provided no damages are reported.

-The guest needs to take a photo of their ID and photo of their face thru Safeguest.



RULES

- No pets.

- No smoking.

- NO PARTIES AT ALL TIMES

- Visitors are not allowed to stay overnight.

- Quiet time: 9pm-8am.



PARKING

-Parking Available (up to 6 cars: 4 cars on driveway and 2 cars on verge). Alternative parking is available down at Dawesville Foreshore Reserve.
