This home has a shared parking area. Please only park in the designated parking space or you may be towed at your own expense.

Please Note:

This unit is located on the 3rd floor and will require you to walk up 2 flights of stairs, as there is no elevator.

There is designated parking at this unit for 1 car. There is only room for a small to mid-sized car.

With larger vehicles, off-site parking may be required. There is no overnight street parking allowed in the wintertime.

This condo has a beautiful view of the hills and you also see the rooftop of the neighboring building.

If you are planning to visit during the winter or summer months, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance. The weather can be unpredictable during these seasons and we hold firm to our cancelation policy.
