House was clean and a great landing pad for our guys to come home to each day. This stay was just over two weeks and we requested an extra cleaning service with no issues. The host was very responsive and easy to work with.

My deposit is being held for ridiculous reasons that do not make sense to me. No communication or discussion has been offered by the owner. Have never had an issue in the past. Will not stay at this property again.

We have processed the refund of your $1,500 security deposit back to the credit card on file. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution. We have also emailed you twice regarding this matter and provided photos for your reference. Following your departure, it was reported that a pet or pets may have been in the home during your stay. This particular property is not pet friendly. While we have decided to refund your security deposit in full and will not be pursuing any additional charges, we did want to ensure you were aware of what was reported. We take both guest feedback and the care of our homeowners’ properties seriously and hold ourselves to high standards when maintaining and managing our homes. Very spacious with everything you need in the kitchen. The bonus jacuzzi hot tub was very relaxing after a day on the slopes. Would book again. The welcome gift was a nice touch. Thanks again!

family get away

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was beautiful ,but I have three complaints . The stove clicking will burners on , the light flashing in the master bedroom, and last but not least the rat the was found in the bottom bedroom. I called to have it removed and no one came to my rescue. It was left in the garage trash so you can see that I was not lying You are very lucky I didn't have a heart attack because I have a Phobia for mice and rats.
