Tropical Vibes is the getaway YOU have been looking for! Whether its taking long walks on the beach or getting cozy with your honey under the gazebo, Tropical Vibes can provide. A few things Tropical Vibes offers is an awesome view of the ICW and if you’re lucky every so often you’ll see porpoise, your own dock where you can cast your life away and dock your majestic boat. Being located on Canal Dr, when you’re drinking your morning coffee or your afternoon delight, walking out the front door gives you the perfect view of the beach. We’ve got ocean front property in Sargent, Texas we’d love to share.
Amenities:
• Docking space
• Cleaning station for fish on dock
• Green lights for night fishing
• Local bait camps
• Outdoor kitchen/tiki bar
• Charcoal grill
• Fully furnished kitchen
o Bring all other toiletries
• 1 roll of paper towel per kitchen
• Towels are provided

Here at Tropical Vibes we ask that you please wash and return all dishes where they came from, dish soap is provided for you. As well as, please have all children below the age of 10 have a life jacket on while on the dock, edge of grass by canal.
Please indulge in the various flavors our local area restaurants provide, you will not be disappointed.
(we recommend everything on all the menu. ** NO MORE THAN 5 RENTERS** Property is for sale and maybe shown during stay, a heads up will be given, realtor will be in and out. No need to leave premises. No WiFiat the moment sorry for the inconvenience

Excellent stay

We have stayed here before. They had experienced Hurricane Beryl not long before, but the property was clean and in great shape. We really like the downstairs bar, ice machine, washer/dryer, and outdoor cabana.

Amazing time!

We had a great time on this property! House was clean and very well kept, property is amazing and the pool was a big hit with the children as well as myself. Great location and easy access to beach. Locals are friendly. Local produce was awesome!! Looking forward to our end of summer trip back here already!

Granmare’s Birthday Weekend

My family rented the 2 adjoining properties with a great pool, fishing docks and outside bar. The houses were clean and well stocked for cooking all our meals. The outside space is super for a weekend with the family. It was non stop fishing, swimming, grilling, sitting by fire pit, watching football on tv in outside bar, eating and eating some more. The 2 adjoining properties gave us enough room for family members to have their own space at end of the day. Great property for family time.

Great place

We had an amazing time staying at this property. All of the outdoor amenities will keep you entertained and the beach is just a short drive away. We would definitely recommend this place to family/friends and will be back soon.

JUST PERFECT!!!

This home was everything and more!!! My family of 5 had the best time and no one wanted to leave. The owners went above and beyond to make our stay and our fishing experience the best it could be. The home was clean and well stocked with more than what you need. We had the bay on one side and the beach on the other and no one wanted to leave the home itself. The outdoor area is just the perfect hang out spot offering the perfect amount of areas to relax, play, hang out, fish, whatever you may want to do. We will definitely be returning and I can't say enough good about this place and the owners. It was JUST PERFECT. Simply put!!

Great location in Sargent

We had a fantastic trip! We loved that the property was on the ICW, had a covered deck/fish station, and green lights to fish at night. The gazebo was a perfect reading spot. The pool and hot tub were a great addition for the kids when the fishing slowed down. The owners were very friendly and helpful.

Nicole and Lance were fabulous hosts. This is a great spot for a secluded family vacation.

Best vacation experience! Nicole and Lance went above and beyond to make sure we had a fantastic vacation. This location is the perfect secluded spot to unwind and enjoy some relaxation. If your not reeling in the big fish you can enjoy sitting by the pool. The outdoor bar was the perfect spot for outdoor dinners. We also enjoyed going for daily walks on the beach. This is truly the perfect location.

Best beach rental in Sargent!

This property is beautiful with a prime location. The amenities were beyond our expectations. We had an amazing stay during a horrendous storm. The owners went above and beyond to make sure we were all safe and taken care of comfortably. Highly recommend!

Paradise

We had an amazing time! The house was spotless! The canal behind the house was great for fishing, the ocean across the street (less than a 2 minute walk) had plenty of shells and we had it almost completely to ourselves! The pool - most relaxing part of the trip!!!...it was the best “staycation” we’ve ever had! The kids LOVED staying in the bunkhouse away from us parents (so did we!). Nicole, it was an absolute pleasure and we will definitely be back! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
