Step inside and you'll immediately notice the tall ceilings and the abundance of natural light that pours into the living space and kitchen, creating an open, airy atmosphere that feels warm and inviting. The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and its own TV. The guest bedrooms include one with a queen bed and another with two twin beds—both share a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

The heart of the home is the large chef's kitchen, complete with new appliances, generous counter space, and a spacious island with five barstools. A dining table with four chairs offers a great space for meals, games, or planning the day's adventures. In the living room, you'll find a cozy leather couch and loveseat facing a large TV—perfect for movie nights or quiet evenings in.

Just off the living room, step outside to the upper patio where you'll find a table with four chairs and a few Adirondack chairs for soaking up the warm Florida breeze. Downstairs, the covered lanai is a true highlight. This screened-in outdoor living area includes cushioned seating, a ping pong table, a bar setup with chairs, a mini fridge, and a TV. There are fans to keep the space cool, making it an ideal hangout spot no matter the time of day. For beach outings, a beach cart and assorted beach gear are available for your use—please note that beach items are not inventoried and are first come, first served.
