The house was excellent! It is just as pictured. The kitchen was stocked with almost all of the things we needed. The pool was awesome! It was perfect for our group. We will definitely be staying again in the future. Wonderful hosts & house!

Great hosts, very well equipped property, loved everything about it. The only thing that was a bit of an inconvenience was the lack of places to park for the private beach access and the restrictions on the beach access not allowing canopy/tents but the actual house and hosts were perfect. Loved it and will be back.

Had a great stay! Property was clean and well stocked with everything we needed for a great vacation. We enjoyed the pool and had easy access to the beach. The check-in process was extremely easy and the owner was very responsive to questions.

This is an awesome house in one of my favorite Destin neighborhoods (Frigista Beach area). The owners were great and responsive to questions! The house is very nice with comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, and an amazing heated pool for relaxing. The street is very quiet and cozy, just a short golf cart ride out to the Hollywood street beach entrance (or just walk it). They even had plenty of beach chairs, wagon, coolers, boogie boards and floats in the garage - which is super nice if you're limited on space in trying to bring your own (very thoughtful to have - thanks!). I HIGHLY recommend this house. We will likely be booking it again for another family trip.

Great stay

Overall great stay, satisfied all our needs! Spacious bedrooms and relaxing pool! Golf cart was a nice addition for access to restaurants and beach. We would definitely recommend staying here to family and friends!

This home was a perfect spot for our spring break! The home was very clean and beautiful. The kitchen was one of the most fully stocked of any home we’ve stayed in. The pool was wonderful. The communication with the hostess was great and any issue was quickly addressed. The couches in the family room are in need of replacement, and the grill needed to be cleaned before we could use it, but we had a fantastic week overall. The bedrooms and bathrooms were absolutely clean and the outside furniture was comfortable. We loved the short walk to the beach and the golf cart was a fun addition.

Thank you Julie for your 5 Star review. I'm glad that you guys had such a great time. I'm glad the kitchen had everything you need, we've vacation many of times and only found three or 4 tiny pots and pans, no griddle or insta pot. So I know what it's like to have a minimally stocked kitchen and it is not the best. So we try to do the opposite. Yes, we are actively looking to couch replacements. We noticed the excessive wear and tear on the back cushion for the leather. We were originally looking and it just getting the leather patched since the couches are still comfortable and the frames are still sturdy, but it doesn't look like that's an option for us. Thank you for letting us know about the grill, we will communicate with our outside tech to give it a better look.

Perfect!

Everything was great and as advertised. Beautiful home, great location, and a great host. Couldn’t ask for more out of a vacation rental. We had an amazing time and will stay here again!

Cute house, great location.

My family enjoyed this house more than we expected. Its pretty close to the beach and the golf cart made it easy for loading up the kids. Jessica was great to communicate with, they live local so that helped out with a beach access question we had.

Nice home and pool. Stocked with plenty of towels and kitchen items. Nice golf cart. Good location. Nice new towels and sheets. Child lock was very handy on door to outside pool area. Nice bunk room. All beds were very comfortable.

The Perfect Beach Getaway!

Our family had such a great time at Western Sands! One of the cleanest and well stocked vacation rentals I've ever stayed in. The house had everything we needed and the location was great! It was walkable to the beach and was nearby restaurants, shops and grocery stores. The pool was amazing and so much was accessible by golf cart, we barely had to get in our car to go anywhere all week. Jessica was also super responsive and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend a stay here and we hope to be back!

Perfect house!

My family and I have been vacationing in Destin for 10 years. This is by far our favorite place we have stayed! The pool and golf cart were so nice to have. Jessica, the owner, was always so helpful and quick to answer any questions we had. I highly recommend this beautiful house!

Great Friends Vacation Spot

This house was perfect for the 3 families who came together. Plenty of room for everyone. The house/host provided everything we needed to have a wonderful vacation. The host responded quickly to my messages. The golf cart that was included made it that much better! Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome Experience

We stayed here in August and had a great trip. The weather was perfect. Beaches were beautiful property was everything I expected. I was impressed with how well the kitchen was stocked with pots, dishes, and everything we needed from baking to cooking. The kids enjoyed the pool! Would stay here again.

Second Visit

This was our second time staying at this property. Just a good as last time. In fact my children said it felt like coming home. Kitchen has everything you could ever need to cook. Beds are very comfortable. Garage is stocked with many chairs, boogie boards and sand toys. Enjoyed our week with family.

Highly Recommend

This was the perfect house and location for our family of 8. All adults. Kitchen had everything you could ever need. Also included lots of extras for the beach like chairs and toys!! Would 100 percent stay here again.

Wonder home!

Our family stayed June 8-16, 2024. 6 adults and 4 kids. We had a wonderful time, and the home was everything we could have imagined. Very clean, well-furnished and decorated. Neighborhood was nice and for the most part, peaceful. Would highly recommend.

Very nice home with great amenities.

Overall we had a nice stay but some suggestions to make stay even better, need luggage stand in downstairs bedroom, corners of rug in family room were unglued and caused tripping, no closet in master bedroom, should provide dishwasher pods for at least 5 days, and some dining room chairs were kind of wabbly.

This is an awesome property. Everything was just as described. Lots of nice linens and beach towels the pool was greatly enjoyed by the 4 teens. It was nice for all rooms to have a bathroom of their own. The pantry and refrigerator were large enough for ten of us. This home was very much enjoyed with plenty of room. The golf cart was very nice to have for morning coffee runs to Bad Ass Coffee, the beach, etc Everything was very clean. You will love it there!!

Perfect

House was perfect! Good proximity to the beach and the golf cart was a huge plus! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for cooking. We lucked out with having perfect weather all week. It was great spending the day at the beach then coming back to the house and lounging by the pool with a cocktail. Would definitely come back next time we visit Destin!

Family trip

Great location in a quiet neighbor just a short golf ride away from the beach and shops ! The kitchen was fully stocked we wanted for nothing . There was plenty of extras we didn’t expect like a high hair ,portable crib, beach wagon , ice chest , pool floaters and plenty of beach towels . The beds were comfy and the linens were luxurious. We would definitely recommend .
