The Scenic Dune has an AMAZING Gulf Front location offering a gulf-front hot tub, direct access onto your own private beach, and luxury accomodations. The interior has been newly remodeled,featuring 4 King bedrooms, including one with a bunk bed. Three of the bedrooms have en-suite (private) full bathrooms, and the fourth has a shared half bathroom. Two of these bedrooms are Gulf Front, offering mesmerizing views through large sliding glass doors of the sparkling waters and creating a truly immersive beachfront experience. Sleep an additional 2 on the sleeper couch in the Living Room. The exterior has been completely rebuilt, featuring a new 3-story deck and a 7-person hot tub, and ample space for lounging, eating, grilling or entertaining with the ocean and beach as your backdrop!

This home is the perfect retreat for large families or groups of friends. The Scenic Dune gives you a genuine beach lifestyle experience, regardless of the season. No dragging luggage through hot condotel parking lots and lobbies! No crossing highways with a baby stroller and cooler to get to the beach! No dragging toys around in a cart or dodging cars down side streets! Park at your front door. Throw your bags in a closet. And walk out to your beach backyard.

Enjoy COMPLIMENTARY beach service. This means that 2 chairs and 1 umbrella will be put up for you in the morning and broken down for you in the evening. Just walk down to the beach and sit. It's beach relaxation made easy! *For stays between March-October. **This service is for days between your check-in and check-out dates.

Want security when you go to the beach? The first-floor slider has an electronic SMART lock which you control direct from your phone! No more nerve-wracking from having to leave the back door unlocked!

Want wifi at the beach? Have you traveled here before and found the internet to be spotty right by the ocean? We have you covered! We have a wifi extender which provides strong wifi signal for our guests to the beach in front of our home!

PARKING:

Free driveway parking directly in front of the townhome. The designated parking measures 16' wide (the width of most townhomes in the area) and nearly 40' long, with a 9-degree slope. Cars parked side-by-side fit snugly. Two average size cars can fit end-to-end, in the extra long parking space.
