The great room flows from the kitchen and includes a gas fireplace and mini bar. The mini bar is fully stocked with a sink, mini refrigerator, blender, and glasses. Relax in comfortable leather couches or reclining chairs and enjoy the 75-inch HDTV with DVR, and Bose Sound System. A large sliding glass door opens to expand your outdoor, entertainment.

Your eating experience can be in the sun or shade as our professionally landscaped backyard is terraced with a nature preserve behind us. Stone table for 6 hosts the morning sun or you may prefer the fully covered patio with dining and bistro table to accommodate 6 Relax on four sun chaise lounges and the sound of the waterfall splashing into the pool. Water floats and towels are provided. Full-size barbeque grill, side burner, and prep counter provide space as your family gather around the conversation pit to relax.
