The stay was absolutely amazing…once we actually got there. This is not the property owner’s fault, but it was a nightmare for us to find the property with very little signage and GPS in Mexico being crummy. My biggest advice would be—follow the signs to the “Sandcastle” property. The Six Palms is nextdoor. Again, absolutely flawless stay and place overlooking the ocean with beautiful views, but better directions when GPS isn’t working would be beneficial. Thanks for a great stay!

Beachfront paradise

We enjoyed our stay at this beachfront property. The views were awesome and the ocean brings readily available is awesome. We definitely stay here again in the near future.

Beautiful place

Property is beautiful, easy access to the beach. The house had everything we could need. Last night we were there, I did see a mouse outside on my back patio and in the morning noticed mice droppings inside by the trash can. Also the property is still under construction which did not bother us but it might be bothersome to others. There is an uneven, unpaved dirt road leading into and out of the property so if you own a truck, it would be best.

What the pictures "don't" tell you........

This was a beautiful property right on the beach. The pictures are accurate and depict what the Villa looks like . What the pictures don't tell you however, there is construction going on literally FEET from the Villas. They DO have rules that there is to be no noise on Fridays and no construction Sat and Sun but if you are there Monday-Thursday 😳.. Also, there are five units (one in the back) and each unit is "allowed" up to 9 people. This "could" be one adult and 8 kids.... take 9 x 5 units... that's 45 people that could potentially ALL want to be in the pool at the same time and use the lounge chairs, the palapas, the two grills, etc. Also, there is a 'dirt' road to the unit that is 3 miles long, however it took us no less than 13 minutes each way because of the severe 'washboards' in the road. We are having to have our front end checked because of the severe rattling and shaking going up and down this road. Also it states in the VRBO description "no pets", however Villa #4 had two large dogs the entire weekend we were there.. What do dogs do when strangers walk by them? they bark and bark and bark. Lastly, no dishwasher! (didn't even think to check this out in the description) If you have kids, want to be at a house with a pool by the ocean, then this might be the place for you. However, if you are adults and want peace and tranquility, this probably isn't the place for you. (Eduardo the property manager was very responsive and available to us.)

Beautiful views, comfortably modern home, and unsurpassed beach access

My family and our parents stayed at this lovely property for five days in June 2021. Not only did this home boast all the amenities you'd wish for at Rocky Point, it surpassed our expectations with paddle boards and kayaks. The high and low tides were easily accessible and the ocean was a temperate 80 degrees. Having stayed in several properties in the area, I can confidently say that we'll be returning.

Beautiful new property with amazing beach

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything was clean and new. They had tons of water toys for the beach including kayaks, paddle boards and a boat. The property manager Eduardo was very friendly and accommodating. With there being four properties, the pool area can get congested, but we lucked out and had wonderful families there during our stay. Plenty of towels and pillows. I would say there could be some more blankets. Everyone got a bit cold at night. I wish the grills were on the patio. They are located in the parking area behind the house. It got a bit lonely cooking dinner at night. LOL. The only other downfall was there was no cookware for the oven. There is no cookie sheets or casserole dishes to cook anything in the oven. But there was plenty of sauce pans and skillets for the stove. Would definitely stay at this property again!
