Super close to the beach. Nice a quiet. Peaceful and spacious. Love that there was a washer and dryer in our space.

We loved looking at the Gulf from the balcony. Beds were comfortable. Easy access to beach and pool.

The place was ok. The dishwasher did not work and by the time we found out we only had two days left!Someone was coming in on the second day without our knowledge, not even knowing that we had checked in the day before. That did not make me happy or comfortable. The early morning sunrise and proximity to the beach is its only saving grace.

The place was ok. This is year 9 to go to Pensacola, 5th year to do a VRBO and I’d say this place wasn’t as nice & updated as the others we stayed at. No toilet paper holders in the bathrooms. No place to hang your wash rag in the shower. We had to call to ask for a new iron cause the one that was there got a little stuff on my husband’s shorts. No hangers, they did bring us some when we asked for them along with a good iron. We basically just sleep & shower there so we enjoyed our time while we were there. It is right by the beach which was nice, didn’t have to drive to it.

While the apartment is conveniently located and offers direct beach access, it does feel somewhat outdated. One of our main frustrations was the internet service. Despite contacting the rental company multiple times, it took more than two days to get Wi-Fi access, and even once it was available, the connection was so slow that using our cellular data and personal hotspot remained faster and more reliable.In addition, although the apartment is advertised as accommodating six guests, the kitchen was not adequately stocked for that capacity. There were only four forks available, all from different sets, which gave the impression of a lack of attention to detail and maintenance.

Pros: Location was nice and quiet. This condo has a lot of potential. Balcony chairs were awesome!Cons: Living room furniture was not too comfortable and could be updated. Screen on sliding door was missing so we weren't able to enjoy the breeze. Not able to watch tv the first night due to wifi/connection (property mgmt fixed the issue the next day).Beach chairs were crummy and rusted but the umbrella was nice touch.Guest room shower extremely small.Only one very small fry pan there and was really scratched (so we had to purchase one).

Thank you for your feedback. I’m glad the location was quiet and you enjoyed the balcony chairs. I apologize the living room furniture wasn’t comfortable — we’ll review options for replacement. We’ll also have a screen installed on the sliding door so guests can enjoy the breeze. I’m glad we were able to get the TV/wifi connection working the next day. Thank you for noting the beach chairs — we’ll remove the rusted chairs and replace them (happy to hear the umbrella was useful). We’ll review the guest bathroom layout and will clarify the shower size in the listing. Finally, I’m sorry about the scratched fry pan — we’re restocking cookware so future guests have better options. We appreciate you taking the time to share these details and will use them to improve the unit. We hope to host you again.

We were surprised by how amazing the view was from the deck. The beds were very comfortable and the kids beds were full sized not twin. The convenience of a washer and dryer made everything so much easier. The walk to the beach was short... it felt like it was just in our backyard. We had very little contact with the host because everything was just how it should be. We really hope to get this unit again.
